Oh my goodness. I have stopped doing yoga and was focusing on walking workouts and more cardio and I picked this back up today after a couple months and boy did I feel it. I feel sweaty and accomplished❤❤❤

P.S: loved how the cat strolled right under you as you were in chakrasana. Also, it was so adorable when the cat was playing with your leg during the plank jogging. This is exactly how my cat behaves whenever I am doing your videos. Ahhh , Gotta love ‘em ☺️

Hi Rashmi, i have started loving yoga all because of the way you teach yoga. You are a great teacher and I have hugely benefitted by doing all the videos. But I have some problems in some asanas. For eg: I can never lift my chest high in bhujangasana . Are there any ways to improvise on this problem?

Superb workout..loved the energy. And i still enjoy your: 18 round Surya Namaskar (on the same lines)...maybe you can make a tougher/expert version of that one and call it 2.0..with a mix of Lunges/Squats.

Hi Rashmi, trying to do surya namaskars from your list ( 24 suryanamaskars). I want to do 108 suryanamaskars. But there seems to be no video on 108 suryanamskars for beginner's. So, please can you make a video on 108 suryanamaskars for beginner's, it will be very kind of you .😘😘
There’s an audio count on 108 surya namaskars you can gradually work your way up to that. If you are a beginner then doing 108 surya namaskars might be too intense to start with
@@YogalatesWithRashmi I am not a beginner though, just for a slower pace count I asked u for beginner's level suryanamaskars. But I have never done more than 12 rounds of suryanamaskars. Now after an year I am starting again, saw ur videos and got impressed and want to reduce body fat , I am not that fat though. Any warm up exercises we have to do Rashmi. Please let me know. R u from Bangalore. I am mangalorean settled in Mumbai. Awaiting ur reply 😘😘
