This was an amazing session. I was dreading doing this workout as I thought it was going to be super intense and long, but it was a perfect stretch workout. I could not twist the arm to slide it into the crossed leg hole but will keep trying to get into this pretzel pose😅

Hello Rashmi, Thank you for such a wonderful follow-along routine. I am feeling so much better after following this for more than a week now. Just a suggestion- It would be better if you can mention the precautions doing certain postures. For e.g. People suffering from back pain due to Slip-disc should not be doing forward bending postures as it may deteriorate their condition further (As per my Physician's advise). I am skipping the forward bending part and feeling much better. Thanks and blessings.
Sure. All the videos are as per comfort and if someone has a slip disc then ofcourse they must follow what their doctor/physio recommends. This particular video is not meant for people with a slip disc which is why the instruction is not mentioned.

For calf muscles, some of the playlists with the lower body workout will have something. But heel raises work best.
