    Absolutely loved the session! Thank you❤!! Small feedback : both the music and background noise at the same time is little distracting at times. One of them would be a good backdrop to the workout instead of both! But again no complaints- just huge appreciation for all this work

    This is simple wow. Would like to say thanks for your efforts & the way you are helping by uploading such a nice yoga videos is commendable. The way you explain things in between is really helpful. As I was never aware that body makes lactic acid if we don’t relax or stretch in between. So BIG Thank you. 🙂💕

    Yes I enjoyed this workout. It had popped up after I did your Morning Yoga fix and I decided to add on this total body workout. Both were great to realign the body which was kind of sore after travelling around and missed my 2 days morning un salutation. The speed was good to get the “sleeping” body moving. Thank you

      bhramari pranayama, is best for it.. you can do it as Om chanting too.. 3-5 counts are good enough.. overtime you'll be able to breathe longer to provide relief from scalp psoriasis

Apart from that I am also uploading daily playlists in order of what you can follow to workout everyday for a little over an hour. There are regular uploads on my channel every week. You should be feeling spoilt for choice! :) Try the one hour long videos.
