    Such a great incorporation of HIIT into Yoga, sweated my way through it. However, I ended up missing quite a few counts because Malay's pace is quite advanced, especially with the strolls. Gentle suggestion for next time to go atleast 5-6 seconds slower. Rest very good job, both of you ❤

      Malay was only going with my count, if it was upto him he would have gone a lot slower. But that is the point of an HIIT workout, high intensity movements at a quick pace. As you keep repeating this you’ll probably be able to go faster than the speed in the video as well with improved endurance :)

    This was too good. I couldn't do all scrolls.. managed only 15 but sweating at the end of it.
