Love your videos Rashmi, I am doing yoga through your videos and can’t think of anyone else when it comes to yoga. This flow so just so smooth and i am able to do it but not the tripod headstand. Thanks for such good work. I also lost a lot of weight through your videos

Felt really limber and stretched out after this workout. Somehow when I did the gomukhasana (I hope into the name right), I could easily do it on my right side but struggled with my left side (only could get the fingers to touch). The same didn't happen during pegion pose - both sides were equally bad 😅
First time tried and loved it would like to see more of this in fit30 series that can give more work out for arm and upper body .xx v from Uk

You are probably not applying pressure on your palms the right way or you may have weak wrists. Hard to say without seeing what you actually do

@@YogalatesWithRashmi hey Rashmi thanks. I have registered for your classes for 4 months on Stream Anchor. I notice that each session is different. I am at intermediate and in some poses Advance. So are u planning to club the sessions based on the level of the practitioner or will the 4 months will be daily progress?

I wanted to work on this video for soooo long but was very scared to try because of lots go arm strength, tried it for first time it was great did not get all poses exactly what you showed specifically tripod stand and gomukhasan.. but hopefully will get there soon. Thanks for the great video! Love it! 🙌👏

Hello - Have been doing yoga from your's and AJ's ( from mind body soul) videos all through the lockdown. They have been of incredible help in learning on my own and continuing fitnes goals. Now would like to upgrade, are there any classes to build towards headstand ?The tripod headstand is very difficult to even enter into and I feel before I even attempt it I need todo strong base work.

I am probably having piriformis syndrome , I have buttock pain after getting up from from sleep, which gets better after that, can yoga heal it
I do yoga, strength training and walk 10 000 steps a day, the pain comes during walk, should I avoid it
In yoga, glueat bridge and bending with butterfly pose hurts
You should first get it checked with a doctor before you self diagnose.

I could do the tripod stand by lifting both my feet slightly 👏( I'm clapping for myself)....major difference in 6 months...i keep watching your videos for they are the ones where I feel one to one connection with...I practice better and most importantly love your style of teaching and ofcourse your smile
