Day 1: it's difficult to do 2 Surya namaskar...
Day 2: Did 5 Surya Namaskar
Day 3 : Completed 11 Surya Namaskar.
Day 4 : Now it feels easy compared to day 1 and did 17 Surya Namaskar
Day 5 : 20 Without rest...
Day 6 : Rest

And I'm feeling energetic and my back pain is also gone.)
Day 7: 25 with some mins rest in between...
Added falx seeds and Luke warm water in my morning routine
Day 8 : 20 without rest + 10 In Evening
Day 9: did a total of 27 Surya Namaskar +++ 10 Push up...
Day 10: 10 Surya namaskar
Day 11: 30 Surya Namaskar++ 10 Pushups
Day 12: 32 Surya Namaskar++ 10 Push-ups

Day 15: 33+ 10 Push-ups

( Feeling Energetic and more flexible compared to earlier..
Now able to touch the toes with hand during Surya namaskar)

(My weight reduce by around 1.5kg😍)
Day 18: 15 Surya Namaskar only
Day 19: 40 Surya Namaskar++ 15 Push-up
Day 20: 30 Surya Namaskar (Due to some busy schedule not able to give time for exercise)
Day 21: 43 Surya Namaskar++ 15 Squats
(WEIGHT - 86... Reduce 2kg)
Day 22/23/24- 0 😴 (Travelling)
Day 25 - Started Again 10 Surya Namaskar...(Sick😢)

(Sorry I have discontinued updating this comment.. but i was stopped in between and last week started again.. but just maintaining a good diet with some no Surya namaskar... i have reduced around 4kg in 2 months... people are noticing my weight loss and glow on face)..
Update after 2.5 Months:
Current Weight is 83.1kg...
I lost almost 5kg in 2.5 months 😍❣️
It's slow and steady process..
But I'm happy with my progress....

Half information..you should inform people about breathing techniques (inhale and exhale) while doing surya namaskara
Correct your 5th Step... the bottom leg should touch the ground fully.
Edit: Some People do the 5th Step as Dandasana and 8th Step as Parvatasana, so in that case this is correct!

@@moviesexpress-cf8yryou have to alternate with each cycle,, start 2nd step with right, then in the next cycle with the left, doing it with both sides ie. a couple of whole cycles is one rep.

Your posture in Hastuttanasana is not correct. Don’t bend your knees while going backwards
Your ashwasanchalana is wrong. You need to rest the foot. Also you are doing a traditional Suryanamaskar, so in this after ashwasanchalana, you need to go to adhomukha, which you missed and directly went to plank.

My lower back hurts when I'm doing the backward stretch with both arms facing upwards (second pose)...I'm afraid that my spinal disc might slip...Is there a risk? Should I refrain from stretching too much backwards??
9 per day, but 5 day per week, can bring lots of good change in youelr self. Makes you stable, calm and your body become flexible.
I started with 3 per day and reached at 54 per day. But now I regularly doing 9 per day and it's sufficient for good result. It's not only for body but for stable mind also.

Your hastauttarasana is wrong. Arching whole body extensively backwards causes lower spine strain and injury. You have to try to lift your chest upto the sky with lower back and legs stabilized. The upper back arch will become more defined with practice. And during hastapadasana, you shouldn't be bending your spine forwards as if trying to bring your head close to the knee.. you should fold your body at the level of pelvis, as if trying to touch the belly to the thigh with spine straight.. if you cannot reach the ground it's ok.. you can soften/bend your knees a bit to achieve it.. which will also get better over time.. bending/arching spine forwards will cause strain and injury over time

it is not surya namaskar it is fitness warnup. surya Namaskar is mix of breathing technique at each aasyana .
Swami Ramdev teaches the right way to do surya namaskar. Yours wasn't completely right.

U never see other ppl translating their local names to English to appease the English speaking audience, this disease is only found in Indians sadly. 1 day yoga will be main stream and they will tell us its not from India. like they are doing with pranayama calling it as different breathing techniques. If your name is attached to the Asana it will tell people whenever they say it, that this is from India. Like we have Gobi Manchurian we might completely indianised its taste but the name tells that it has origins in Manchuria(China)
