I am close to 70. I find this is best yoga exercises for elderly. I am very active but found best to do early morning during winter.

When I was 74 I trained for a Disney marathon, never having run before,----I was introduced to yoga, practiced every day , AND completed the 26, miles ---and finished 1st in my age group(75 and up). Mind and Body work in unison!! Yoga is my go to! THANK you and cheers to grandmother,----I subscribed and look forward to more of you Rashmi❤
I'm 82 and find your videos very helpful. I sometimes do the dance video standing rather than sitting and wondered if you had other dance videos. Also, your lovely teaching style is both calm and energetic. Lastly, the music on the dance video is familiar and it's really nice to see you with your mother and grandmother.
