    30 days challenge - (This is not my first time doing suryanamaskars , so 192 is okay for me . But not for any beginners ) Day 1 - I did 192 surya namaskars in 1hr 30 minutes Waist length - 33.5inches Day 2 - had some work Day 3 - 180 Day 4 - 108 Day 5- 108

    The most I had previously done in my own rhythm was 60, and that was last year. When I started this, I said I'll take a short break at #14, but persevered, then said I'll take a break at #28, and then #54. In the end, I didn't stop at all, and did 108 non-stop with the sweat to prove it. Thank you. Would be great if you could link a 10 min savasana video at the end or in notes, so we get all the benefits from the workout.

    .Вот это скорость, уфф Сделал 20 минут, 72 повторения то есть 36 упражнений! Сильно! Я мокрый! Шавасана нужна обязательно! Получается за 30 минут 108 повторений - 54. Очень удобно со счетом, я делаю с правой ноги - все нечетные, а с левой - все четные! Спасибо большое!!! В общем если бы не увидел ваше видео, не почитал бы про 108 кругов Сурья Намаскар и 54 буквы в санскрите. Это важно на самом деле, и решать свои жизненные трудности с помощью такой практики. Буду пробовать.

    It's a great Aasanas,daily I am doing 108 sun salutations, sometimes I do 151 as well.. Till now my best record is 250 sun salutations in one go☺️..it's a big achievement for myself 😉
