The pilates ball is perfect for spicing up the exercises. Short but intense workout, I paired it with a 20’ hiit. Feeling all my muscles, just perfect 👍🏻

Why don't you use it? it is great for core activation and many more things.
I grabbed my young daughters soccer ball that was by the front door:) I did this twice, back to back, and loved the challenge of trying to not drop the ball! Thank you for your fun, challenging, and ever changing workouts. Keep up the great job!!

The mini ball is my absolutely favorite prop to work out with, so I loved this workout! Especially that last exercise- it was great! It really challenged me to open up my chest and incorporate those back muscles that are usually so difficult to hit. Thank you!

The trick is to squeeze the ball that is where the muscle activation starts. The ball is the best prop ever!
