  • In only 10 Minutes, you can make a huge impact to the way your body feels! In this video, I give you the tools to sculpt, lift and shape your most troubled and neglected areas....the glutes and inner thighs. This little pick me up series targets these two areas of the body by utilizing a small pilates ball to help stabilize and challenge our form so that we can be precise with our movements. If you don't have a ball, no worries! You can still do these exercises without one, but I highly recommend adding it to your repertoire for more oomph! See you on the mat!
