    Thanks for this short efficient abs workout :)
    Can you do more total body or butt/legs/abs pilates inspired toning workouts? 10, 15 or 20 minutes would be ideal

      I think you definitely can! It is not as squishy as the mini ball but for her exercises looks like to don't need to squeeze the ball much.
