Bender Ball Workout--Core And Abs Routine

  • In this Bender Ball Workout--Core And Abs Routine video, we'll incorporate traditional barre abs with the Bender Ball as well as Pilates abs exercises to target the core muscles from every angle.
    I'm using two Bender Balls, but you can do this core workout with any Pilates ball already on hand.
    If you don't have a Pilates mini ball, I recommend the Bender Ball as my favorite--it can support up to 300 lbs. and has been proven by research from Loma Linda to increase the effectiveness of abdominal exercises, while also protecting the low back.

    I combine a medicine ball with a blender for situps placing bender behind small of back with medicine ball held between knees

    Is the ball supposed to be just this much inflated? I probably pumped mine too much.

      Hanna Stocksick great question! Yes, the ball should be a little deflated and have just a bit of give. :) I’m curious to know how your next session is once you’ve tried letting out a little air!

      I did deflated it. It was impossible to do the exercises with it full. What a workout! Really liked it. Will have to work my way up to you ;)
