  • 講個秘密俾你知,其實我以前係好憎食泰國嘢。
    因為我頂唔順泰國料理嗰啲香草味道。
    不過,正如好多長輩話齋:「識咗個女朋友,肯定唔同晒呀!」
    冇錯!
    當年識咗泰嫂之後,因為佢好鍾意食泰國嘢,
    拍拖嘅時候,大多數佢都係話去食泰國嘢。
    咁唔通我餐餐都齋叫蝦餅食咩?
    於是乎,經過長年累月嘅訓練之下.....
    我而家好鍾意食泰國嘢啦😙
    今集懷緬吓以前的我🤣🤣🤣
    泰式蝦餅 Thai Style Shrimp Cakes
    Ingredients
    Frozen Peeled Tiger prawns 已剝殼急凍虎蝦 500g
    Minced pork 免治豬肉 100g
    Minced shallots 乾蔥蓉 60g
    Fish sauce 魚露 25g
    Salt 鹽 0.25tsp
    Granulated sugar 白砂糖 20g
    White Pepper powder 白胡椒粉 a pinch
    Onion powder 洋蔥粉 0.5tsp
    Garlic powder 蒜粉 0.5tsp
    Tapioca starch 木薯粉 30g
    Egg white 雞蛋白 30-35g ( 1pc )
    Panko 日式麵包糠 60-80g
    Optional 可加:
    Lime zest 青檸皮碎
    Thai Sweet & Sour sauce 泰式酸辣醬
