水滾煲1分鐘再浸45分鐘我覺得隻雞會鞋。我覺得水滾即刻熄火浸30分鐘已經夠。仲有,個醬汁我會用稀少糖代替白砂糖,健康好多!

你指用慢煮棒煮?可以。如果唔係,就要用温度計確保水温要一致。太熱,雞會過熟,太凍,雞又熟唔到。
