  • 細個出街去食豉油西餐,
    冇乜機會可以飲到呢個湯。
    唔係話餐廳冇得order,
    而係父母覺得貴,冇得嗌。
    大個之後出嚟做嘢,
    一有機會,就梗係飲餐飽啦 ~
    不過對上一次飲,都唔記得係幾時啦....😆
    就嚟聖誕,呢個湯又幾啱到時煮,
    一於到時再煮嚟飲吓😙

    Ingredients ( for 8-10 people )
    White button mushroom 白蘑菇 300g
    Cremini Mushroom 啡蘑菇 100g
    Fresh Shiitake 鮮冬菇 300g
    Leek 京蔥 100g
    Potato 薯仔 200g
    Onion 洋蔥300g
    Garlic 蒜頭 20g
    Smoked bacon 煙肉 80g
    White wine 白酒 80g
    Unsalted butter 無鹽牛油 30g
    Salt 鹽 8-10g
    Chicken stock 雞湯 500ml
    Water 水 500ml
    Milk 牛奶 150ml
    Large Puff pastry 4-6 pcs
