    Hi chechi
    I was trying for a weight loss since the age of 19 ,now I'm 26 years old.I had multiple failed weight loss journey so far.But it's been 6 months I'm following this exercise for 30 minutes 6 days in a week along with a calorie deficit diet

    Very efficient, ma'am. I weighed 61 kg.I've been performing this exercise for over two weeks now (but not consistently).I've also fully stopped eating sugar. I now weigh 56 kg. I didn't complete the floor exercise since I began to get neck ache as I was doing it. Even so, I achieved a good outcome. Thank you, Ma'am.❤

    Started on Nov 16 2023, weight 74.90, following healthy diet, and evening 30 mins walking.
    Day 1 : just completed first 10 mins
    Day 2 : completed, weight: 74.55
    Day 3 : done,weight 74.45
    Day 4: done, no additional walking(weight 75.6..saturday cheat meal cheated me 😔, )
    Day 5: done, weight 75.25 (my tight dresses are bit loose now.. More comfortable wearing them)
    Day 6: done

    ചേച്ചി ഞാൻ ഇത് ഇന്നേക്ക് 1 week ആയി ചെയ്യുന്നു 70kg ആണ് ഇത് start ചെയ്തപ്പോ എനിക്ക് ഉണ്ടായ weight.... ഇപ്പൊ ഞാൻ check ചെയ്തിട്ടില്ല... എനിക്ക് കുറയുമോ ഇല്ലേ എന്നൊരു പേടി ഉണ്ട്.... 1 week കൂടെ ചെയ്തിട്ട് weight ഞാൻ check ചെയ്യും... അന്ന് ഞാൻ ഇതിൽ എനിക്ക് ഉണ്ടായ result സത്യസന്ധമായി അറിയിക്കും 😊

      Morning - 1 millet dosa (wheat, millet, ragi is used )with protein base curry like cherpayar, kadala or egg
      11am- 1 fruit
      Lunch - salad + same as breakfast
      Evening - mixed nuts and seeds
      Dinner - 2 egg white omelet
      Water - 3 liter intake cheyum 1 day

    Hai arya, tried this workout as well. Enik cheyan patilaanu vijarchanu thudangye. But i was able to complete it with very little posture mistakes. I am glad that i could atleast try it. I reduced 3kgs within 2 weeks with your 25 mins walking workout. Loved it. Thank you so much.❤️❤️

      Hi, due to some health issues,I couldn't follow this workout everyday. But when I do this, it's just awesome ❤ I could feel my body, the blood flow, burning my fat as sweat and breath. yet I could reduce 2kg with a fair diet and moderate exercise.
