We are new to your page... My husband and I have a very busy lifestyle caused us to gain 15 kgs. Everytime we go on a diet we loose 5 kg and then due to lack of activity we gain them again and even more.
You inspired us a lot, as husband and wife and with too many new moves with multiple body parts being trained... After 1 week we just decided to take the challenge and train with you for the coming 3 months... Promising you with a before and after pic... Of course with a healthy diet... So this comment is just to remind me that I promise you guys that we will do our best to keep it on until excercise becomes a part of our daily routine...

This was a great workout! By far the best fitness channel I’ve used. This was my very first time (ever) using weights and I had no idea how much to use or when to switch them up. It would have been helpful for some base or guideline. I don’t want to go too heavy and hurt myself but I also don’t want to go too light and not be effective. May want to consider that for future videos. Thanks. You both rock!!

What a strength burst for me today, Coach Kozak and Claudia!!!! I had to adjust the sumo deadlift arm curl to half squat of what you both did:::))) I'll do better next time. At least, I did better than people on the couch (like Coach Kozak says). I enjoyed this full body workout and will do it again with an alternate one next week. I try to do 5 days of aerobics (either 30 minutes on my feel-good day or 15 minutes on my feel lazy day) and 2 days of strength workout with weights. God bless Coach Kozak, Claudia and everyone who has gained positively from HASfit exercises.
