This is great! After years of doing bodybuilding like splits I've since ditched them in favour of full body workouts (mainly push pull legs) and this workout is a great example of how to train. Forget training like a bodybuilder and train like this!

I have a frozen shoulder that I am working on unfreezing - this workout is thorough and feels strong, but it easily allows me to modify my arm lifting. After doing this workout over the last few weeks, I am experiencing more mobility in that arm. I push it just a little each time (my arm), but have not pushed too hard. I love it! I still feel pumped at te end.
Coming out of surgery, was given the ok to work out again. This was a great start to getting back into my fitness 💪🏽💪🏽🙏🏽❤️
8 weeks! My body is transforming!!! I’ve lost weight and 2 inches waist mid waist and hips and thighs!
I have advanced arthritis in my ankles. Due to the Corona Virus, I cannot go to the gym to work out on the machines. Yours was the only decent weightlifting I could find that did not involve straining my ankles during warmup or during the workout itself. Thank you so much for this!
I can’t go to the gym because I have 2 toddlers. This workout has given me the confidence I need to workout even after I get out of work exhausted (teacher). VERY inspiring, I am a yogi and I have begun too add these HASfit workouts to my regimen. I like how they do their workouts - no brash force just focused movement - and conscious breathing - YES! I also have a (very new and very small!) channel sharing free yoga workouts. It's all so good for the mind, body and soul. Claudia you are FAB for being pregnant and still working out like this, WOW!

Like the minimalistic and efficient warm up and cooldown routine (no need to remember 10 exercises, if I need to warm up without this video) in the warm up and cooldown, the reminders to maintain form and of course the encouraging tone without being all hyped up. I just want to say thank you to you guys. In every video I've followed along with, y'all have been super supportive and really understanding. It's something I greatly need when working out due to some past experiences and health problems.
Side note: you always mention to remember why I came to your videos in the first place and it's very motivating. The reason I'm doing strength training in the first place is due to PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) which has been fucking with my body since I hit puberty. Weight lifting was recommended to help control the symptoms of it and it seems to be helping! So, thank you guys! Y'all have no idea how much your videos help encourage me to continue getting healthier and stay positive despite my condition.

Thank you for your hard work and support. If at anytime during a strength training routine you aren't feeling challenged, then that means you need to increase the weight you're using. This routine can be as easy or as hard as you'd like to make it.

This workout even with 15 and 20 lbs on upper body 25lbs on lower body was formidable challenge.that Arnold press &curl with core work great. Im an older guy so these full body light weight workouts keep me in the game.
