After a full work 4rm home day, picking my kiddo up 4rm school, checking homework, running him to practice, racing back home to cook dinner before the hubby gets home...I literally ONLY had 30 mins to myself for a workout. As always you guys came through in the clutch. THANKS HASFIT!!!!🙌🏿💪🏿

I struggled to find workouts for me for a while now, I find that some are just too hard on my knees and ankles and I end up not being able to continue after 20 days or so (because they would just give out on me). I have been looking for a fitness solution that was wasn't too easy, too difficult, and too fast moving, now that I am 72. Like Goldilocks, your approach is just right. Clear modifications and transitions that give me time to go from floor to standing.

Thank you for the many videos that have served as my physical therapy for hip replacement this past month. I finished in-home therapy at the end of July and have spent August progressing through the videos for people with limited mobility for 2 weeks and then began the low impact cardio and lesser intensity weight training, gradually getting back almost to normal much more quickly thanI had expected. Thank you! I’ve been working out with y’all on and off for almost 5 years and can always find a challenging yet do-able workout. Coach, PLEASE stop saying quadruped as if the end of the word were “drooped”. “Ped” refers to the number of “feet” we have on the ground. Normally, humans being bipeds, we have only 2 feet on the ground. But when we get on the floor onto all 4’s we become quad-ru-peds.
You guys are fun and encouraging to work out with! I'm 66 years young and mostly do Claudia's modifications. Sometimes I can't handle the weights because of my trigger fingers and arthritis, though. If you have a chance, I'd love to know about some way I can incorporate weight for the shoulder and arm muscle benefits on these moves with some other weight option that doesn't require a "grip". Thanks for coming up with new moves and challenges!

Quick question for anyone reading -- during the posterior swings and RDLs they mentioned to not turn it into a squat, and I realized I don't really understand what the difference would be in those movements, can anyone shed light on that?
Basically they’re saying keep your knees bent, but keep your hips higher, don’t go down into a squat where your knees are level with your hips. Just a small bend in the knees. Hope that helps 😁

Hi, you can buy wrist and ankle weights that have velcro straps. I think they would help.
