This is one of the first workouts I ever did when I started my fitness journey. I was very weak and out of shape. Now over a year later, 55 pounds down, and stronger than ever, I come back to this workout every now and then. So proud of myself for showing up with my workouts every day and embracing the new me. This was fabulous. I have been ORDERED by my doctor to find something that is no more than 20 minutes. I used to play tennis 3x a week; then I had a very bad Achilles tendon rip and had to stop for a long time. Just when I was going to get back into it, the pandemic hit. 5 years have gone by and with the pandemic and no exercise, I gained a lot of weight and have lost a great deal of mobility. This is the first exercise I've done in a long time. I had to adapt your lunges and going to the floor stretches as I have a severe meniscus tear in my left knee (which needs me to lose weight before I can take plasma shots)--SO--THANK YOU! This was amazingly perfect for my current situation!

Greetings! Double ankle replacement patient here. Left one 9/29/21, right one 10/13/22. Trying to get back into shape at 63 after limited exercise for 2 years, so I am really appreciative for the variety of workouts that you offer! Balance and strength training are key right now, as I still have to take everything slowly and in moderation. This was an easy first workout for me! I'm looking forward to improving! Thank you so much! I was able to follow this workout through (to the best of my ability) today and, as an absolute novice, it was so well-explained! I've never done strength training before and felt I needed to start it after having weight loss surgery. But I had no idea where or how to start. It got very frustrating seeing all these "beginner" videos on youtube that just went straight into the workout with absolutely no explanation/warmup/cooldown or modifications. I will definitely be part of the tribe from now on throughout and beyond my weight-loss journey!

I love these exercises. I don't know if anyone has any advice for wrists though. My wrist always kills me after the planks and on other videos push ups. Anyone have any tricks or tips? I've been doing the plank on my elbows.
The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me ruclips.net/user/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.
I am looking for a good beginner workout. This looks great. I just have a question. So many workouts they say like do each exercise 10-12 reps, 3 sets, as an example. This video is just doing each exercise once, will that actually work? I am just curious about the different methods. I hope you understand my question. 😊
Have degenerative discs in my back . Am really trying to re-strengthen my core & back muscles. However, your 45 degree positionings are creating more pain than benefit. Would love to see more HIIT/ exercises that help with core, Without putting so much strain on the lower back.
Is it better to do Patreon or the app? I can't get the app to chromcast to my TV. We used to have an Apple TV - so I could send it via my phone. That doesn't seem to work now. Would it be better to buy your programs from your website so I can get them on my computer or find them on RUclips?

...after 4 years of workout you can hold plank 30 seconds? I havent worked out in 10 years and I was able to do 60 second one.
I have been working out for a month and im still at preteen and can already hold a plank for almost 3 minutes 💀
