Kozak is a very good cii of such, always saying encouraging words during the entire workout. I can feel he has a passion n good spirit in fitness. Claudia is a good partner too. First time to try this full body . Pretty good . 👍I didn’t pause it. I like this couple always remind us inhale n exhale n what need to pay attention to body parts. Nowadays, so many coach not says a word n only doing the movement. BTW, I like the old version which always pop up some encourage sentence n phase. Thank you. 🙏

My wife and I enjoyed yet another great workout which we try to do several times a week with the iphone app. We have to laugh when the counts are freqently missed getting a few extra reps into the routine Sneaky!
