Excellent. Best new workout of 2021. Fast paced; no exercise repeated, and challenging. Exercise goes to 26:46 minutes; cool down goes to 34:07. Almost all new routines. . There are 1440 minutes in a day. Who can't spare 30 minutes to get fit and stay fit?

I love how your workouts are so gentle on the participant with your verbal comments and encouragement. I used the 15 minute beginner one for a couple of months having lost a lot of my strength because of menopause. Now, I’m thrilled to be doing this 30 minute one. Praying the extra weight gain will disappear.

I found one of your old videos from 2016 while searching on here for some beginners' workouts and wow! Fitness is always been something I've struggled with, could never get the motivation to keep it up, and I've recently been going round different fitness channels here on RUclips trying out different things. Every time I'm in the workout like 'this sucks, but just get through it and it'll be worth it'. That video of yours I just watched was the first time I was smiling, excited, and feeling really good during it. I really could not believe how fun it was and how happy I felt even as my arms burned and I was sweating. I can't wait to try more workouts on your channel, but for now I just wanted to thank you so much for what you do! I feel like I'm finally stepping on that first rung of the ladder here.

I did this one when it came out and did it again today. I loved it! Thank you. I prefer the 30 minute ones, because they're usually faster paced and get me to work harder. On the 45 minute workouts, I have to watch it at 1.5 times the speed, because there's too much down time for me. I'm sure that's not recommended, but it keeps the pace up. Thank you for all you do. I only work out to your videos.
