the first meme is weird to me because, in addition to all the points corry made, it’s still possible for the woman who was a scientist to have raised children, and in my experience the children of scientists are extremely likely to be interested and talented in science as well. the meme just doesn’t hold any water whatsoever

the disney being communist idea is so stupid if you think about the fact that any show they have they either just end at 3 seasons or to make more they change the cast cause either way it's cheaper they can pay the new actors less
About the first meme: You also can't be sure that the children you raise will follow in your footsteps and want to be scientists. You can't raise children expecting that they will pursue a certain career or that they would be passionate about the same things you are. You can't impose a career path on your children just like you can't impose on them who they should marry or whether to get married or not. You can't control what other people choose to do with their lives, nor should you try to. Instead, people should pursue the things they want themselves. It's so weird to try to live your life through your children, as though they're copies of you rather than distinct individuals.
Furthermore, it is also perfectly possible to both become a scientist yourself and also raise kids. Those two are not mutually exclusive.

The first meme doesn't make sense on multiple levels. The scientist could have been a mother and used her knowledge to teach more scientists. Honestly using that memes logic being a teacher is more valuable than being a mother, you influence more people that way.

I'm not woke but I'm not anti-woke either, I'm not a progressive or a conservative. Usually I prefer people on the right because people on the left attack me more than those on the right (also I hate real Communism, and people who call anything they don't Communism or Fascism). Kids having a sex change or hormones IS something that can't be fixed and detrans people are speaking up against it. Social transitioning is fine, but not medical. They should medical transition when they are 25. Trans kids are not a thing, a lot of them are just gay. I'm bisexual and pro trans, but not people telling kids they can change their sex. I'm a Blaire White and Buck Angel fan.
I don't want to argue about whether hormone blockers (which were and are originally used for young cisgender children who start puberty earlier than they are mentally prepared for- like 8 years old for example) have permanent damage on the child. The bottom line is that it's incredibly hard, as an adult trans person to get medical care so the idea that children are getting hormones or surgeries is wild. And, the regret rate of medical transition is lower than 1 percent, whereas other plastic surgeries commonly taken by cisgender people (boob jobs, nose jobs, even crazy waist reductions by taking out ribs) have a much higher regret rate of 15 percent. Yet do we hear people saying that cis people need psychological evaluation before making these life altering decisions or that they need to be older than 25 to make such decisions? No. This is because people aren't judged for making cis gender affirming healthcare choices (like men getting hair transplants or women getting boob jobs or taking HRT during the menopause because they don't feel like themselves), but trans people are because it's 'wrong' and strange to the cisgender people in power. Do you think it's okay to have your bodily autonomy as an adult taken away from you like this? To have the freedom to choose how to live your life be decided on the whim of the government and social institutions like the healthcare system? All trans people want is to be able to access affirming healthcare that allows them to continue living and being their authentic selves. How many trans people have to die due to misinformation and prejudice? Because at the moment a shocking number are. In fact isn't being alive and being in the less than 1 percent regretful better than dying of suicide because you couldn't take not being your true self anymore? Please just have some compassion for fellow human beings and their struggles. Allow yourself to research the realities of other people's circumstances when you want to form your own opinions on a demographic- particularly a minority that gets bad press all the time.

Trans kids are not a thing? Are you sure? Because famously children don't have any sort of gender, attraction, experience life or identity, they remain blank slates until they turn 18. Secondly, kids aren't getting gender-affirming surgery or hormones, because they literally cannot. It's physically impossible. Puberty blockers aren't reversible because there's nothing to reverse, they just block puberty. They aren't meant for long-term use, they're just meant to delay puberty, they've been used in cisgender children and teens for a variety of reasons, and of the trans people who've taken them, especially trans women, it's allowed them to live their lives happily and ease their transition.
You aren't progressive or conservative, your uneducated and therefore stay in the middle.
