Welcome back for Day Five of the Too Blessed to be Stressed #TBTBS 10 Day Yoga Challenge. Day five is all about the warrior poses. In todays class you will see all the warrior poses we have in yoga, from Warrior I, II & III to our exalted warrior. It is a fun yet strong class so I hope you enjoy WILD WARRIORS.

Whoo! that was a fiery flow for 20 minutes haha. I loved the skandasana transitions (definitely getting better) and of course the warrior 3 so good for balance!! Thankyou Jen, Day 5 done!
This is the first time I can hold half moon pose more than 3 seconds, yay!! And I can feel that warrior to skandasana transition is getting better.. thank you Jen ❤️

Jen you'll be proud to hear that I did commit to this practice after a morning run AND a mobility session - I'm d.e.a.d. :D but certainly loved it and the transitions are just yummy as usual with you!

OMG, what a hard and beautiful flow. Had so much fun and sweat with this one, even tho it's sunday and I was feeling like skiping. I made it! Looking forward for tomorrow.
Day 5 ✔️ not gonna lie I felt like skipping but I set myself a goal to do this for the next 10 days no matter what and I'm so glad I did. I realized it's just my mindset I need to get over because I feel amazing now. Was hard because I had a yoga class this morning and still sore from my jog yesterday, but your flows are so unique, and agree with everyone else: your transitions are beautiful!😍🥰

Loved this class! My Skandasana improved! Still have weight in my toes but I even surprised myself with the improvement! Loved the small warrior pose I've never done that in a class and it was so fun!
