And can you do this list for lunch/dinner foods, like salad, baked potatoes, steak, chicken, fish, etc.
Also one for sides/snacks like all fruit, salsa n chips, dark chocolate, etc. And maybe milk, unsweetened ice tea, etc.
I have my diet broken down into these groups. Lunch/breakfast, dinner, and snacks/sides.

The problem is there are so many foods that can go into different groups.
I'm wondering if berries lose their nutrients if mixed with yogurt, and if I need to wait 2 hrs after breakfast to eat the berries?
I’m hungry now too😂 I really like to drink unsweetened dark chocolate hot chocolate with no added sugars can it go up there on the list next to the coffee 😊
