I did your entire video with the stretch, even though I did yoga earlier! We cannot stretch enough! It is SO good for you! Especially after a video with that amount of intensity! Plus, I always do what you say on the videos and don’t just leave. 😂

Awesome and FUN class!! It was tough!! But not as tough as those classes with Renata that had me cussin'!!!! LOL. One day I will be as quick as you, Chris, but for now I gotta work on my hip flexion so I can get low, get low 😂

This was a great workout! Will have to try again. Had to do some moves modified. Also, I love that you incorporate warm up & cool downs. Other instructors I’ve followed have you do it on your own. Sometimes I don’t have that extra time and honestly don’t always know what constitutes a good warm up/cool down. 😊

This was my first time doing step (I was always worried about my balance) but it flew by, I’m sweating buckets and the mods really helped for moves I didn’t feel I could do yet. I can’t wait to continue doing step and improving
This felt absolutely amazing! I’m 💯 convinced that the reason I was able to do the entire thing without modifying is because of the extended warmup and all of the strength classes I’ve been adding on a regular basis. Really enjoyed the extended cooldown too! Thanks so much Chris! ❤

I had trouble getting motivated to do this workout this morning, but oh I'm so glad I pushed through it. It was an awesome workout and I loved that you changed the timing up. Your warm-ups really help me to stick with a workout. I'm never ready to jump right in and the stretching at the end is the reward. So glad you always include those.

The 40 minutes quickly passed! I enjoy the warmup & cool down portion, and as I once heard, stretching is a way of honoring the body for all the work it performed...a reward for pushing it through some challenging moves. This program was different with the fusion of multiple types of workouts. Thank you for another wonderful program, Christina! 😃

I decided to try something new (e.g. not step) for a workout today and I am so glad I did! My heart is pumping but I also feel like my whole body worked out. I even put a thin yoga mat in front of the bench so I could do some of the hop moves. And the reward for all that was the stretch portion of the workout! Why do people leave before the dessert?! Btw, in the New York Times yesterday, there was an article on easy ways to test your fitness level. One was the dead hang testing grip strength. Some experts say is a good indicator for heart health and longevity. For women, hanging 40-60 seconds is considered excellent. Well, thanks to your strength training program, I passed the 1 min mark! I feel like I have crossed a threshold in my fitness and I can't thank you enough for your program and the community that you have created that makes fitness and well-being a daily joy!
