I am guilty of being a vampire, but wanted to jump on here and just say how thankful I am for your workouts. I have always loved to work out but before finding you I got stuck in a rut and just felt uninspired. But when I found you that changed, and I am excited about working out again. I also listened to you when you tell us to reach for those heavier weights during strength training sessions, and I found out that I in fact could go heavier than what I thought and it has made a huge difference in my strength. It also has increased my endurance while doing cardio, much more than I ever thought. You are a gem, thanks for all you do!

3 years today since I was involved in a near fatal car accident that left me immobile for many months and a recovery that took several years. Celebrating life and my ability to do step routines again! Your music is the best! Always fun and motivating! I loved the Bionic Woman references. Great memories from my younger years :) Thank you!

Did this Step/Abs workout today. This is probably my most favorite workouts so far. The 45 minute step part is so much fun and you sweat your tail off by the end of it! Then the best AB workout follows and the stretch is also awesome! Best hour of my day…Thanks Chris..you are the best!!!
I love the fast basic/abs mixups on Saturdays. Gives me a chance to just move fast and not have to think too much about the choreography. Love the pump v-steps at the start!
7am GMT and I routinely do your workouts. It's my time to invest in my mental and physical health and sets me up for the day. It's a chance to be thankful for my strong (and getting stronger) body and mind and gives me the positivity to tackle anything - albeit I do swear during planks! I send you love and gratitude 🥰

Fast basic is probably my favorite step format that you do. I have been doing step classes for so many years at a relatively slow pace & you have shown me that I can do so much more than I ever thought I could! I’m also feeling more confident with the abs & stretching. If you stick with Chris you will really see some improvements! Thanks!

What a great workout! I woke up saying I wanted to do a 30 min step, followed by an ab workout, followed by a stretch and this was the workout waiting for me on my home page. Perfect!
I LOVE advanced step and when I would see fast basic I would not do them in the beginning…..But the last year I look forward to them because they get me moving in a different way which is SOOOO much fun!!! If you just love Chris’s advanced you NEED to try these!!!!!😅👍

Did this one today and LOVED the pace and combo beyond!!!! Turned 50 last week and being able to do a variety of fast basic,advanced step, S n S, body conditioning challenges my body and brain as needed!!! Thank you sm!! No one has the energy and fun you provide…no one!! I’m amazed when u say people complain or criticize bc they are fortunate to have free challenging routines and advice nonstop. Shameless!! Keep doing what u do bc it provides the therapy I need!!! ❤❤
I did this yesterday “vanderpump rules” is my favourite programme so the vanderpump move made me laugh this was yet another fantastic choreography this music was so motivating I never ever get bored of Chris’s routines the work that goes into the videos the editing the dedication is amazing I’m forever grateful for your channel Chris thank you ❤

This was very fun! I was getting tired by the end of the step segment but bumping up the bpms actually gave me some more energy and helped me power through.
I have a feeling I'm going to be doing this one a lot!! This was such good fun!!! I love Fast Basic Step and this one is now my most favorite of all! Fun, super energetic, sweaty, and smile inducing. Of course, Chris is behind the whole experience making it giggly, enjoyable, fun and soul and body stirring ❤️ Plus I love that we now have two new move "titles" imported from the Swiss Alps 🤣 In April we learned about the Rocking Horse "Alleluias" and in this class we now have the "Alpine Cow Horns" V-Steps. I am now taken right back home in the Alps with each CDorner Step Classes! Yodelhayheehoo now!

I absolutely LOVED this workout, the choreography, the music, everything was just so much FUN! I always felt at a loss when doing home workouts before I found your channel and would just do random videos whatever took my fancy, but since finding your channel I pretty much do your workouts exclusively at least 4 times a week. You really make working out fun and different every time, and I will never understand how you always remain so high energy the whole time. Your sunny personality really shines through and encourages me to continue to the end (cool down, absolutely, stretch and all - no skipping here!) A good workout. My back has been "argumentative" for the past week - tightness and the occasional spasm - so I took it easy on myself today and just did the first 30 minutes. I will revisit this workout over the coming days and with stretching my back daily, I hope to do this complete workout through. Thank you Chris.

I really loved this, because the moves aren't overly complicated it's easier to get into it and push yourself, and enjoy it! As for abs, I really don't think I was born with any 😂 However, with the step and this challenge I definitely feel much fitter than what I did 10 days ago. Thanks Chris!
Loved this! Got a bit confused with steps a couple of times but didn't stop! Plus your comments at the beginning about someone calling you toxic, I think you are so far from it. Its like training with a mate, you're fun, real and supportive. Sometimes we need a friendly kick up the bum for motivation x

I am not going to lie. I had full intentions of stopping after the step part and just doing a quick stretch or fast forwarding to the stretch. However, I realized I had no excuse not to do the abs portion. I had the time. I just don't love doing abs and I often feel discouraged because I struggle with the advanced moves. I started thinking about all the work I have been doing, both fitness and diet, and I remembered that my goals are to do better, live healthier, be stronger and be active as I age. The only way that will happen is if i push myself and that means doing things I am not necessarily great at. I had to modify some moves. I took a few breaks during some of the moves but I didn’t quit. I felt really good that I finished the full hour! Progress only comes with challenging yourself, even if that means modifying or shortening the time of a move!!!
This was such a fun and perfect class and a great start to my Sunday. Loved it so much, the choreo, the tunes, the bpm, just PERFECT. Thank you so much.

Chris I love this workout! I surprised myself I didn't miss stuff like tiktok step which used to trip me up! I actually have not done much of your workout due to a bad fall a month ago ...but I find this easy to follow and so much fun..thank you and have a wonderful weekend!
I am not going to lie. I had full intentions of stopping after the step part and just doing a quick stretch or fast forwarding to the stretch. However, I realized I had no excuse not to do the abs portion. I had the time. I just don't love doing abs and I often feel discouraged because I struggle with the advanced moves. I started thinking about all the work I have been doing, both fitness and diet, and I remembered that my goals are to do better, live healthier, be stronger and be active as I age. The only way that will happen is if i push myself and that means doing things I am not necessarily great at. I had to modify some moves. I took a few breaks during some of the moves but I didn’t quit. I felt really good that I finished the full hour! Progress only comes with challenging yourself, even if that means modifying or shortening the time of a move!!!
With fast basic, I take out a riser but add a weighted vest. The last 2 times through full choreo were brutal but fun.
