I just discovered your channel and am so happy to find modern step workouts set to good music! I almost skipped over this Fast Basic video because so many instructors' "basic" workouts are just step tutorials, which is so boring when you've been stepping for years. I'm glad I gave it shot, though, because it had enough variety and combos to keep me interested, with a fast pace to make me sweat. Excellent workout, thank you!!
I know I commented on this workout before. But I have to share again how much I love love love it. 🥰 If anyone wants to work on their lower abs, just wow. I concentrate, focus, and the ab exercises here are so efficient and beneficial. I had a C-Section with my identical twin boys years ago, gallbladder surgery, as well as an appendectomy a few years ago, and the lower abs are a challenging area to strengthen after those surgeries. For some reason I have always loved ab workouts, and have tried many. The ones on this video really make a difference. Thank you Chris for sharing great exercises as well as coaching us to do them properly. 💞
I am so incredibly thankful for these videos being available for the after party. So many days I just don't think I can do an hours worth of step or cardio or full body, etc and if there werent the shorter length options, I'd just decide to do nothing. You are the best Chris for all the things you do and so thoughtful to come up with so many ideas to keep us going!!!

Great workout, full of energy and good music that keeps you moving and grooving. Amazing company with Chris, as always, and the abs part at the end was just perfect. I had to keep listening to Pink Floyd at least 5 mins after the workout ended, I was that engrossed in the stretch part. Loved the step moves too!

This felt anything but basic. It was awesome! Quick paced, great music and fun choreography that had my heart pumping and the sweat pouring without feeling like I was working out. Then end it all by targeting the much needed abs with interesting new moves. AWESOME! Thanks Chris!

I chose to do this high energy 41.47 min of fun workout a few times this week. The rock music is so motivational that I wanted to do even more sets of repeaters. 😘 The Ab workout is one that I will use as often as I can. Hi Chris! I absolutely loved this workout! The last time you did a step workout with rock music I asked if you could play some Aerosmith and DJ Chrissy Chris delivered! That was so much fun! I started step in the 90s so I always feel like they should end with a good ab workout. I'm so out of shape thanks to an insane amount of travelling but am home for an entire 3 weeks and plan to try and get some fitness back. Thanks Chris
