How fun! The entire Valais region is so out of this world beautiful. I left Crans at 18 to come to University at UC San Diego and have stayed in California ever since. We travel to Valais two to three times a year to hike. Amazing place!

I was so tired at the end of a very long and busy day that I didn't think I had a workout in me. Rather than missing it all together, I decided to do a shorter one instead and chose this one. I am so glad I did! It's given me a little boost to get through the evening. Thank you so much for your positive energy. It kept me going and got me to do a short workout when I felt like all I could do was go to sleep
