Check out my next SC adventure now! 😎 ruclips.net/video/_WRsbLUCNLw/видео.html
I already did. 😎
Welcome to the SC Community and glad you are sticking around! Fly safe.
Thank you! o7
SC is heavily CPU depended btw
Edit: Any new player should probably watch an yt video about the basic
@@thesilver3794 Yes, it is heavily CPU based which is changing to video card as DX12 and Vulcan is slowly being rolled out. Bear that in mind if you are specing out future PC upgrades.
I can see how much content was cut in this video and i appreciate all the research you did during these cut moments.
Lol yes I had about 4 hours worth of recordings. I'm glad you enjoyed the video!
It took me a day or two before I was even remotely competent in this game
It helps to join a discord community
Haha! You know something went down when the hydration level drops 9% between cuts, or the sun suddenly dips to the horizon.
👀 or the object suddenly goes from 65k km to 1.2k km
Great video, having been through the learning experience again myself recently I was actually crying with laughter at one point in anticipation of the mind buggery you were about to experience
That was actually a very impressive first run, even with a myriad of game bugs you logic'd your way past them extremely well ^^
Good job, Citizen o7
thank you! I'm use to buggy game logic lol!
@@BABz i think you should give the game another shot once update released and try something not delivery as there quite a few combats ones it is super hard to learn at first but once you do a few things once it gets mega easy
@@kuramagb Eh, I think he should stick with what he can do for now. The combat loops -- as you said -- are super hard to learn. I've been playing for a while and still pretty trash at dogfighting due to all the meta involved. FPS is also a heck of a lot more tactical than most people might be expecting.
@@billywashere6965 Dogfighting meta only comes into play in PVP tbh
@@billywashere6965 npc combat is easy to learn it was what i started with alongside smuggling drugs from JT when there was no marker for it lol never done a deliverymission never will im not some dunces errand boy haha
Such a good example of how hard it is for a brand new player to learn how to play the game.
You ran in to so many bugs, including the empty elevator bug.
How you managed to get as far as you did without dying is an in-game miracle.
Lmao fortune favors the ignorant I guess 🤣
Thank you to everyone for the support and kind words. This game has an awesome community and I hope it stays that way as the game becomes more and more popular. I havent been able to put the game down since making this video. I've purchased The Logitech x56 Hotas and dived in head first 😆 (pictures on Twitter) I've decided to do some more "first time" videos for star citizen. Fans of the game can relive their first moments in the game through me. And new comers can get a realistic idea of what to expect as a newbie. Seems like the best of both worlds to me. So keep your eyes peeled for more videos in the future. If you see me out in the verse, say hello in global chat! I'll see you out there! o7
The "o7" is a great touch hahaha
you may want to look into getting dual sticks instead, VKB has a really nice setup where the lefthand is tilted and people will typically (like a helicopter) use that to move up and down with the ship. A lot of low/hard flyers have a setup like thaat. Also, there is a racing community. So many different communities in SC. There is something for everyone.
Dual joysticks take a long time to get used to. Hours. But once you get used to them, you never want to go back. I treat the left hand like WASD, and the right like a regular joystick. You can get a T1600M for $60. Looking forward to see your reaction to exploring all the planets! There's even warmer areas on MicroTech that are beautiful.
Thanks for checking out the video 😃. I picked up the logitech x56's it's a joystick and a throttle. But the joystic can twist as well. And the throttle and the joystick both have a small thumb joystick for wasd strafing as well as verticle thrusts. They definitely take some getting use to 😆 but not having that line that shows up when you are using a mouse makes for better videos. And the Hotas all around just make for a really immersive flying experience! I've played a handful of flight Sims in the past but I've always just used an Xbox Controller, I always wanted to get a joystick and throttle. But never had a real good reason to spend the money and clear out the desk space. But Star Citizen gave me that reason 🙃
@@ne0tas this is the setup I have plus their t rudder pedals.
This was a great watch. Seeing you go from "i'll give it a try" to "this is crazy" was great. The community generally loves watching people discover what SC is, i think it reminds a lot of us of the sense of amazement we felt when first getting the hang of things. It never gets old. Welcome to the verse!
I'm glad you enjoyed the video :) I definitely came into SC with reserved expectations. But it quickly blew my mind. 😃
Really nice to watch all those “mins blowing” moments again vicariously. Good job 👍
Same. Love watching new players try to figure it out. Pledged in 2014 and this game has come a long way from just looking at your ship in a hangar. If anyone ever has questions, global chat is super helpful.
Legally they aren't allowed to call it a purchase unless they keep the stuff you paid for mostly as they were when you purchased them, which obviously they can't cause it's all still subject to change to a much larger degree than it would be if the game were finished.
Also, he found his way around so well cause he treated it more like reality than like a typical game, which is what you need to do.
Star Citizen allows you to spend as much money on it as you would like to, but in reality that $45 Aurora is the best value in gaming. Star Citizen is basically a rogue-like FPS RPG at this point, the goal is to buy as many ships as possible in-game before the next reset.
Do a few missions, get a rental, do some trades, do some harder missions, shoot some guys. Eventually you get a couple of million credits and you can buy a medium ship outright, which is good for up to 4 other players if you make friends. Otherwise just get a fighter and grind bounties until you can grab a 890j or Phoenix and just tour and play with ground vehicles. Database reset, new content, repeat.
I gotta agree. I know I'm new; but earning in game money really doesn't seem too difficult, especially if you spend an evening with some OG Citizens. It really feels like the more expensive ships are donations and the ships are just a Thank you from the developers. They certainly arnt the most perfect developers in the world. But they are ambitious, in a time where new games are getting very repetitive and stale.
@@BABz As one of those OG citizens you just described, I highly agree with this comment! This is extremely accurate and probably a pretty good description of SC in a nutshell. A very small nutshell at that. Like, cashew sized. XD
@@BABz Do you usually do solo play or do you ever play with anybody else? Looks like most of your videos are you doing solo missions. Wouldn't mind busting some ships and bunkers with you sometime.
I'm enjoying the heck out of watching this. The editing has a nice charm to it. 5/7 would watch again.
I'm glad you enjoyed the video! 😃
Wow, high praise from you, Tomato! The quality of your videos is always superb!
Scroll the mouse wheel while in flight to increase/decrease your thrust limiter (you can go much faster). Pressing C will enable the auto thrust so you don't have to hold your finger on the key. You can hold F while flying to interact with your MFDs. Using scroll wheel while holding F lets you zoom in on anything, including your MFDs. Also. scrolling mouse wheel while on foot will increase/decrease your walking speed. Great vid, dude! Welcome to the verse
Great work on your first day. it can be really frustrating with no guide or tutorial. We all struggled the same to start and you only grow to appreciate it more each time you log in.
Thanks! I'm kinda a weirdo. I love jumping into games and having no clue what I'm suppose to do, and having to figure it out. It adds an extra challenge lol. The bugs can get a little frustrating at times. But I knew what I signed up for :)
@@BABz there is a lot of tutorials of what you can do
The video was really fun and you did an amazing job, especially considering how little guidance the game offers!
Def. worth taking a guide to show you around, there's actually a lot of content and mechanics to learn, and fun to be had both solo and most of all with other players. Enjoy!
Thank you for the kind words! Ever since making this video I haven't been able to put the game down. Been having A blast despite all of the bugs. planning on making more videos in the future
@@BABz awesome to hear, and I look forward to that!
for sure, most ppl will be willing to help. use the in game chat!
@@BABz best option is to play with someone who has been it for some time
Ole @spacetomato sometimes does streams where he plays the game with newcomers. 100% worth reaching out. (this really goes for anyone. there is a whole section on spectrum (the forum) dedicated to finding guides to teach you the game. We know the game doesn't have a tutorial (it used too, but it kept getting outdated) so we step up to fill the role ;)
Having played since the early days. I always love watching a new player learn the verse. Welcome to SC and I hope you stick with it.
Thanks for checking out the video, glad you enjoyed it 😀
My favorite part is near the end when you're waiting for the train holding the box you picked up on the other side of the planet.
It just kinda hits you sometimes. Even years in that stuff happens and you just start giggling at the most random thing.
The last time I felt that way I got a ride from someone and paid them back by quietly leaving a bologna sandwich on their pillow before leaving the ship.
Lmao! That's hilarious 😂 I can't think of another game that's made me feel this giddy. It really does make me feel like a kid again. I'm trying to make that feeling last by not burning myself out from playing it none stop. Thanks for checking out my channel :)
@@BABz no worries it never fully goes away and when it dwindles you just need to find new people experiencing it to feed off their energy
@@vorpalrobot haha, this is a good idea, vampire citizen :-)
Yess vampire citizen
@@BABz wait till you get into the multicrew aspects with some veteran players and see some of the larger ships.
I love watching people play for the first time. It's always hilarious to watch the learning process of new players. Great entertainment!
Keep it up and you'll be a pro...in a couple months. lol!
Really happy that you enjoyed the video! 😃.
Watching you play reminds me of playing it for the first time so long ago... Welcome to the community and enjoy the game, Citizen! Stick with it, It's gonna be worth it.
Hell ya o7
this is the smoothest i have ever seen a new player experience this game. you were blessed with almost no bugs at all and you were quite a good learner yourself.
Thanks!
Thanks for doing this video on your first Star Citizen experiences. This was fun and brought back a lot of memories. Star Citizen is definitely challenging, particularly at the beginning!
Thank you! I'm glad I finally decided to give the game a try. I definitely plan on following the development.
I HOPE to the space lords you are playing on an SSD, but you looked smooth enough. The first load is always rough as it populates the shader file. This game NEEDS an SSD, and also if you set your paging file to about half your memory, no matter how big of memory you have it smoothes out. There are no beginner missions, so you did well for the first time. Play on the highest graphic settings, but put clouds on medium. Loved the humour... This community loves seeing new citizens, so welcome to the Verse. Also when you are stuck ask for help in the chat. If you want to understand how big and diverse the planet you were on is. Look for a video by Citizen Kate called Circumventing Microtech.
Sounds to me like a bad coding if you need a swap file, i mean i have 128 gig ram, i should not need one.
@@BerraLJ with 128 you don't need an SSD, the game will run direct from the RAM (heard there's a video on here showing it)
People do say about needing more than 16 for RAM to play this though.
@@geehammer1511 Yeah i have enough to run the game on a ram drive but then if something happens like the power goes out, just a mess of things :)
I've NEVER watched a RUclips video longer than 15 minutes. With my new addiction to this game as well, and your chill/funny as commentary, you had me watch every second of this. Thank you for this entertaining watch 😂🙏🏼
That's awesome! I'm really glad you enjoyed the video 😃
And I see you have another lol I'll enjoy these during my down time 👌🏻✌🏼
One thing I loved watching in your video is how you thought everything was just set up and done for you, how you thought you would just be handed a mission or that you could just spawn your ship from your mobiglass, as we have all become used to with ALL other games these days. SC is so much more different and has so much depth to it. I really want it to succeed, no matter if it takes another 10 years to accomplish.
Yeah, and then when that video game stuff we've become so used to didn't work, he reasoned his way through each situation very well. That's what needs to be done in SC.
😎
SC the MMO and Squadron 42 both began active development in 2015, so it's been less than 7 years. RDR2 took close to 9, and CyberPunk took 10 years before it was playable, both studios had ten times the staff of CIG and bigger budgets
I think it's a shame CIG doesn't get full credit for what they achieved in such a short length of time. It's literally unprecedented
You started playing at a pivotal time because CIG are aiming on releasing a new star system (Pyro) in Q1/Q2 2023. Along with so much game tech to improve performance and gameplay.
Welcome to the 'Verse!
Hell ya! That's awesome 😃
I'm happy to be aboard o7
Excellent job figuring out everything you needed to do right down to shutting the engines off after you land. You had me nervous when I saw the elevator open to nothing. Good job not falling for that bug.
Haha! Thank you for checking out the video. Glad you enjoyed it 😃
Mooooar! Loved this coz I've been iiitching to play for months (dreaming of this game for 26 years but that's another chapter). I played for the first time last week and since it wasn't on my computer I haven't played since. So please continue to feed our vicarious gamer needs ;)

Loved it! You did a great job on your first adventure in the Verse. Looking forward to see another video on your next trip. o7 Citizen!
I'm glad you enjoyed it! 😃
Great job. My first time in the game was very much the same and back then there wasn't much there yet. I literally started the first month of the game so I've been playing for over ten years. You did fine. Your mission definitely glitched and your mission didn't update. Otherwise you did everything right for the most part. There are so many things in this game so far to experience. Wait until you see. Exploring the planets will blow your mind. And the Ships.....wait until you see all of the ships. I've upgraded and traded up over the years and now have two ships that I'm really loving. You're going to love Star Citezen.
I'm excited to keep exploring!

That "oh damn, I get it!" moment when folks actually experience this game is so fun to see 😊

I've got a video already uploaded of my first week in the verse. Should be out in a couple days. It's a banger 😎
Its so rare to see so much patience I wish you a lot of bugfree amazing adventure
Would also recommend playing in borderless windowed. For some reason full screen is less than optimal. Turn off blur and vsync if you haven't already.
Feel free to ask in the global chat for help. We're generally very helpful to new players and you might even get someone to give you a ride on their ships :) if you see me in the verse (abbadonmenet) feel free to reach out and ask for a ride! I'll bring my tank out for you hahaha
Awesome! Thanks for the tips
Borderless windowed lags me out, fullscreen is better for me, so just try either. Also do the Nvidia settings for cache, there's a guide somewhere.
Thanks for the tips! I heard about the nvidea cache thing somewhere else as well. I'll look into it
@@rydout It's funny because I had to play the original Crysis in a borderless window, otherwise it capped my framerate at 30fps.
@@billywashere6965 That is weird, because fullscreen is much easier on the resources and you should only do borderless if you have them to spare. I forget the actual terms of it all, but fullscreen is basically dedicated attention to that game or something.
Welcome o7!! watching your video really remind me my first day on star citizen..

Lol! Have fun out there o7 thanks for checking out the video
I think you did shockingly well for a first timer. Good job 👍
Thank you! 😃
Starfield has nothing related to a space sim like star citizen is. Complete different game genres. Now, starfield is really good marketing for niche games like Star Citizen.
Welcome to the verse, citizen o7
Well its clear that SF is a Fallout in space. If anything to compare it to is Mass Effect.
SC is GTA, Battlefield, The Sims, Warthunder in space. And down the road its gonna be Arma, Cyberunkish, Second life, space simulator
@@EddyKorgo yep exactly (let me note, SC is also ALL space sims that exist and ever existed).
And Star Citizen has nothing related to a near future game release lol
🥲
@@EddyKorgo I don't know, I kind of feel you have the descriptions the opposite way around a bit, ha. I think down the road it'll be more like The Sims, but right now it's definitely more Arma, Cyberpunk 2077, with a bit of GTA tossed in. The FPS segments are ALL definitely like Arma for sure, the way you have to handle the weapons and treat enemies. You can't play this like Call of Duty at all. The Battlefield elements are sort of there, but you only really need ground vehicles for bunker missions where the bunker is surrounded by turrets and you have to park several thousand meters away. The GTA elements are definitely there right now, as you can steal ships, troll, grief, and be a criminal just like in GTA, even outrun or blow up the cop-ships if you want.
Welcome to Star Citizen! Looks like you learn quickly. :)
Happy to be here o7
Thanks for checking out the video 😃
Feel like 100's of people will be wanting to help you out with this game now. Very nice video.
Thank you for the Kind Words, Im Glad you enjoyed the Video! :D
A couple of very handy tips:
Holding Y will get you out of bed/seats/etc without having to look for the prompt
Pressing C while flying will set your engines to be on without you having to hold down W, and tap again to turn off.
Scroll wheel adjusts your speed limit so you can fly faster/slower.
You can also use the F/interaction mode while holding the delivery box to open the old Amazon Dropoff Box!
Glad to see you're enjoying the game even if there's not a huge amount of New Player ease-in at first.
Thank you for all the tip! And thanks for checking out the video 😃
Loving your content! Great narration as you play. Really enjoyed it.
That's awesome! I'm glad you liked it. 😃
Welcome to the 'verse! You did a great job for a first timer. You read signs, took off, used quantum, landed and would have done a mission (probably bugged). Next time, chat is your friend. As you'll find out, it's a great community. The game is buggy and not finished, but when everything works, it's amazing. Also, don't just treat it like a single player game. Try some missions with other people. Ask for a tour of some people's ships. On the website, you can sign up for a guide where a real player will take time to help you (for free) and show you the ropes. Or don't. Sometimes watching people fail is funny content! Best of luck out there!
Subscribing for more SC content! I want to see your further adventures!

Him: I Wonder how big of a game this is gonna be...?
SC: Yes
Lol! That's what I was thinking while editing the video. I was actually just talking about the file size. Which to be fair was also very big lmao! I knew the game was big but I didn't know it was an open universe game with no loading screens. So cool!
Nice work dude, props on being patient and logical.
Thanks! o7
Very entertaining 👌 I bought a 100i game package a couple years ago and am finally getting a pc now, first impressions are always interesting to watch since the realism and amazing graphics make the bugs bearable. Would much rather a fantastic game with bugs than a good game with none.
Well said! Thanks for checking out the video, I'm glad you enjoyed it 😀
I'll see you out there! o7
Welcome to the game! Most have already said that you can always feel free to ask for help in global chat and most folks will go out of their way to help you. Alternatively, there is a guide system where you can select certain subjects (e.g., basics, trading, mining) and you will get a list of folks who have volunteered to tutor you. Hope to see you around in the 'verse! O7
legit truth, we can say do this do that in comments here but if in doubt - just ask global chat and you'll get an instant response and 99% of the time it will be someone who wants to help. Very few trolls in the SC community 🍻
I enoyed it a lot. Subscribed my fellow citizen :)
I'm really glad you enjoyed the video 😃 thanks for the sub! o7
New sub! Can wait for you to experience all cool stuff without too much spoliers :)
I've been really careful to avoid spoilers 🙃 I've gotten pretty good at sifting through forums whenever I encounter a bug. Sometimes people are just a little tooo eager to help out and end up spoiling bits that are best left for the player to encounter unknowingly. I admire everyone's excitement about the game and helping new players tho. Just gotta be careful for the bad apples! I have a new video coming out later this week of myself experiencing a lot of different things for the first time, Unspoiled. it's a banger 😃
Great vid... keep up the great work... and see you in the Verse! o7 :o)

You did so much better than I did, I can barely believe that's your first time playing.
First time I came across that elevator bug, I assumed it had simply failed to render but the physics model was still there... Right? I fell right through the planet.
It's definitely a tricky game to get the hang of. And then there's the random bugs that you learn to work around. I definitely got lucky on my first go around. I also I have experience with games like this that don't hold your hand, wich helped.. Thanks for checking out the video!
Hey men great content can't wait for the next one
Haha thanks bro. I've got another video cooking in the oven right now. Thanks for the support I'm glad you enjoy my content 😃
All things considered you did pretty well. IT takes a while to learn what is by design and what is buggin out and even longer to learn how to get around or avoid bugs. But it can be a lot of fun. More fun with a couple friends.
I pained me watching you fly for the first time because that’s how I was 🤣🤣🤣 good vid man
😆
You did the right thing but i think machine was waiting too long and it just closed itself while you were placing the package.
I think it completed.... it takes a while but the green thumbs will eventually pop up if you can place the box inside the machine. I've never had a problem where the machine opens for a package, I place the correct package inside, and then it doesn't accept. But then again, maybe it's one o fthose bugs I haven't encountered yet, haha.

This was great bc it’s exactly what I went through my first time in SC. Hope to run into you in the verse
I'm glad you enjoyed it! o7
Great start and welcome to the verse o7. At this stage of the game don't forget that everything is temporary - your aUEC money, in game purchased ships, items and loot will all be wiped whenever CIG have to drastically update the game. CIG will always try not to wipe if possible. Lots of features are still to come including some pretty amazing ones like global persistence, server meshing and a new star system Pyro, which should be ready sometime (early, I hope) next year. You'll learn to fear elevators which are probably worse than even the most hardcore, murderous player pirates in the game. That being said, there's plenty of players willing to help in chat, so if you can put up with the bugs and are patient with some long-term development, take it easy and you'll see this amazing game grow.
elevators are such a cheap jump scare! I stand back like 10 feet now. I'm learning 😆
Enjoy the journey and the immersion. There can be a lot of bugs like in this patch right now but its worth it. It appears you had thecommon bug in this patch of delivery mission markers not updating or dissapearing for the drop off point. You showed some really intelect by figuring all the stuff out ;D. Many players are hopelessly lost in the first session. You did great. Also you do the right thing and assume things work like in real life. like taking off the helmet to eat and drink. Not many get that.
Thanks for the kind words! I've really been enjoying the game despite the bugs. But I can certainly see how some people would get fed up with it if they don't see, or appreciate the games full potential.
I like how left the launcher music playing while playing stalker :D
Very good content, hoping to see more 👍
Thanks! 😃
Really enjoyed this playthrough, Please do more!
I've got another star citizen video coming out later this week! It's a banger. I'm just waiting on youtube to process it. It takes a while to process 4k ultrawide lol 😆
Great video! I almost tought you were DG360 because you have the same exact intonation and a very similar voice!
lol I haven't heard of them ill have to check them out. thanks for watching the video I'm glad you enjoyed it!
welcome to the verse BABz , just sad too see how messy it is to join this amazing game. am glad that you took the time to check it out o7
Happy to be aboard o7
Great edits and commentary bro 👍
Thank you! 😃
Both a fun look at a new player figuring stuff out and having fun *AND* a scathing indictment of the current state of the New Player Experience! Just like all First Time in SC videos should be
Hopefully CIG are working hard on those tutorials and such that I think I remember hearing they were doing. Lord knows the Verse needs them with all the new players.
If you're looking for squad mates for the Siege of Orison, sorta like the SC version of a limited time Raid, when that drops in the next patch I'd love to show you around! Can take some of the other, larger, multi-person ships, if you haven't rented them already
Tutorials is one o f the last thing you do in game dev and there is a ghuuiide program on the webiste (not very ergonomic) but it nice.
Watching you leave atmosphere without scroll wheel was painful but notice you figured that out on landing to pick up package lol. Also never considered using the action wheel to use ship functions... I feel like turning off chat was your first mechanic to figure out...? Nice vid.
This is a very entertaining experience thank you for sharing it.
Glad you enjoyed it 😀
Awesome video mate!
Thank you for giving SC a shot! I promise you that you gonna love it when you get to know the gameplay loops a bit more! Bounty hunting and mercenary work is awesome if you like combat! You also got mining, trading, delivery, research, refuling operations, and soon there will be salvage, exploration, medic work, search and rescue, and stuff added aswell! (And there's also global events, and ofc some great PVP'ing!) If you ever need help with anything hit me up! You can also just ask in the global chat, 99 times out of a 100, the community is great and there's always someone willing to help you learn the ropes. Or just to have some fun doing multi-crew stuff on larger ships. And if you want to do some custom events and stuff, you can always join an org! (organisation/clan/guild)
Anyways, welcome to verse! Glhf!
Thanks for the info and checking out the video! I'll see you out there o7
That was hilarious, and also kinda my first experience with Star Citizen during a free fly event. 😂😂😂
😆 I'm glad you enjoyed the video thanks for watching!
Welcome to the 'verse and thanks for the video :)
I think there still is a lot for you to do and discover (mining, trading, bountyhuntin, rescueing and medical gameplay - and endless beautiful locations),
Use the game chat or Spectrum for any questions, the Star Citizen communiy for the most is extremely friendly and happy to help!
Thanks for watching! I'm excited to do some more exploring o7
Looks pretty cool. I'll have to check this game/sim out in a couple weeks 😁.
It's buggy and unfinished which it will warn you about before pledging. But if you are someone who is patient and willing to work around the bugs its an amazing game that will just keep blowing your mind the more you play 😃
You did the best I have seen of anyone who played the game for the first time. I hope you decide to stay with us. Here are some helpful hints:
* Chat is your friend, let people know in chat that you are "NEW". I can't emphasize this enough. Do not be surprised if people go out of their way to help you both physically and monetarily.
* Get involved with an Org (Organization) and make friends. This game is extremely multiplayer and some ships require a crew. Get your RL friends to play, the more the merrier (we'll probably help them too).
* What surprised me about your video is that you had the "help messages" turned off, for a first-time player they can extremely useful.
* Holding down "Y" will get you out of almost any sitting position.
* Remember, this is an open PvP game. Every once in a great while someone will kill you. Even then, they tend to be polite about it. Nicest bunch of cutthroats you will ever meet (hehe).
This game has the best community of any game I have ever played. One of the good things about the steep learning curve is that it tends to weed out "immature" players. Kids don't want to take the time to learn a game, they want to just destroy stuff NOW. I have heard the average age of players in this game is 40yrs old. Take your time, enjoy the view, and smell the roses. I subscribed in hope that you will continue to stay with us and produce more excellent videos. "Welcome to the 'Verse". o7 (salute).
Thank you for the tips! I definitely agree with what you said about "weeding out the immature" I usually avoid global chat In most games. But in SC I always have it up. Thanks for checking out the video! 😃
I love watching first time reactions with Star Citizen.
I'm glad you enjoyed the video! I've got a highlights video of my first week in the verse coming out tonight that you might enjoy 😀
Really good content, please continue
I've only been playing this game for 3 weeks and it's fantastic
Subscribing to see more SC adventures, glad to see youre enjoying yourself man!
Hell ya. Thanks for the sub o7
I enjoyed watching this video. I would like to make some gameplay videos, too. I get so excited every time I play this game and I’m always looking forward to logging in. Thanks for the video!
Would love check them out if you do :)
@@BABz I know it’s a lot of work and passion to put up videos. My only hope is that I can figure out how to talk and play and not be boring. Star Citizen is in a great place with the update coming any day, to grow with it. Thank you for the reply and stay well, kind stranger! ✌️❤️
@@BABz I just read your profile, so weird because it’s nearly exactly what I would have said. I run my own business doing RV repair AND I’ve dabbled in music production as well with Ableton Live. Lol, I haven’t touched it in a while but it’s always on my mind. Very cool, brother!
That's awesome! Ya, about a year and a half ago I had no experience with editing videos (other than windows movie maker in highschool) but I always wanted to start a youtube gaming channel that featured some of my own music. I dont know what really made me decide to start making videos. I guess I was just ready to try something new. And I've been learning how to make higher and higher quality content since then. I've even gotten better at mixing audio, which is something I already had a lot of experience with before this whole endeavor. There's been a lot of ups and downs. This is my first series to actually gain any traction, so I'm really excited that people are enjoying the content that I'm comfortable creating 😁
@@BABz Well I’m glad I found you, friend. Keep up the great work! o7
9:30 minutes into the video and the BABz speaks what we all Star Citizen players know. Star Citizen and Starfield are going to be 2 very different games. 😂😂 Bravo!
Lol. I think a lot of people who commented on this video didn't make it this far. I've gotten a lot of comments basically telling me I'm wrong for comparing the two. And then parroting exactly what I say in the video 😆
Clicked because of a random first time player Star Citizen experience video... staying because of the random Stalker: Clear Sky cameo! Heck yeah!
Hell ya! My man 😎
Subscribed for more SC! Welcome to the verse
Thanks for the Sub! More to come
✌️😎🤟
You survived the elements and the bugs, and you got fortunate with a lot of timing! Congrats on your first day - seems you turned off the on-screen Hints (though they're usually more confusing). Good luck in your future missions. Btw you can exit (quantum travel) most planet atmospheres at 10,000m altitude.
Thanks for checking out the video :) I'm still a newbie but I've come a long way! New video coming out soon with some highlights during my first week in the verse. O7
You faired a lot better than I did my first time out. LOL My beginning was Area 18. Same kind of mission. But I've become addicted to the game since, and eh that's just since May of this year. Good luck, and have fun.
Lol thanks! I cut out a lot of the frustrating bits so I probably made myself look better than i am haha! I've been playing the game a lot since posting this video. I've got another video coming out in a couple days of my highlights during the first week :D
@@BABz Hey, dunno if its your gig or not... but try out Voice Attack and get an HCS voice pack. Voice attack helps... "Power up the ship, Launch, open mobiglass... Open maps. Unlock Gimbles. Increase burst by 2." It all helps, lots of keys to pay attention to, but you get used to it. Oh keep an eye on your quadranium whatever fuel... Dont go someplace and then oops... no place to get fuel here. Landing at starports... Always interesting. Area 18... go heading 265 from the marker. New Babbage.. you found that one. Lorrville... go to big building and you will see Teasa Starport signs. Orison... eh... That's a fun one... fly down into the atmosphere till around Altitude 80k. Look at the spiderweb thingy near the marker. You will see 4 red lights at night.
Oooh! I have voice attack. I used it to set up voice commands for ready or not 😃 I even have a video of that on my channel.
I was actually expecting atleast 200k subs by just how good the Quality of everything is on your channel wth 😳👀 now I'm glad I found your channel XD
Thank you 😃
Glad you're enjoying my content!
