Anno 1800 is one of the best city builder game and has a very relaxed atmosphere. I really enjoy playing and it's so good that I lose track of time. I remember the first time I played this game, I was notified in-game to take a break haha.
For its 10th birthday Ubisoft will permanently delete it from your library.
I'm looking forward to the next Anno game, hopefully set in the 1950-2000 age :D
It's not possible because no number between 1950 and 2000 adds up to a checksum of '9' :) . A modern day Anno would have to be set in 2007 to adhere to the naming/numbering rules of the series.

Really wanted to buy this but after seeing what Ubisoft is doing with all its games i would never ever think of spending money on it.

I started playing on PC in the year 2005. My first Game was Anno 1503. I played and finished every Anno since then. And now I'm still playing Anno 1800. Thank you and the whole team. Can't wait to see what the future is bringen us. Greetings from Cologone. Hopefully see you here at Gamescom. 😍

I think Ubisoft DE is the exception here, when they wanted to shut down Anno 2070 servers, they changed the netcode so it still works today
Apples and Oranges. The Crew requires the internet to run, Anno does not.

Anno 1800 is a masterpiece & thanks for all the updates and everything BUT ITS TIME FOR A NEW ANNO GAME NOW!!!
I genuinly love the Anno series. And I hope that this franchise manage to keep it's magic going forward.
Also I'd love an overhaul of Anno 1400 in the style of 1800 since it's been my first Anno game, but that's just a dream :D

bonjour ,je suis sur ma seule partie d'anno 1800 depuis juin 2019 , j'ai toutes les extentions ,je joue tous les jours et j'ai dépassé les 6000 heures de jeux ,et ce jeux m'ennuye toujours pas . Il y a toujours quelques choses à faire ou à essayer . Bon j'arrive modestement à 2 millions d'habitants. Salut à toute l'équipe des concepteurs du jeux.

The Crew was an MMO. Something that everyone keeps forgetting.
