For Pilates, Jessica is my go to, and now that I’m experiencing low back and hip pain after not doing Pilates in years, I’m so grateful for her videos. I feel so much better. You give hope to many of us. Blessings!

Thanks, Jessica! I’ve been doing your original hip video since August, 2021. I’ve gone from real difficulty in walking to no problem! For me I need to do this daily along with the SI video. Again thanks!!!!

Thank you Jessica. I'm 23 and I have Juvenile Arthritis. Recently it has been affecting my hips causing them to be very tight and weak. I tried this video for the first time today and my hips feel great! I plan on doing this every day. Thanks for being part of my healing journey!

Hi Jessica, I was diagnosed with a right labral tear in my hip with damaged ligaments in the hip and knee along with torn ligaments in the knee and a baker's cyst. SI issues, bursitis, impingement. All the fun stuff! Couldn't convince my doc to get me MRI imaging for almost 6 years. Your videos helped me with the chronic pain. I'm a lot more improved now (90%) after getting hyaluronic injections (intra articular)
Your videos really have helped me over the years to get through this journey mentally and physically...especially as I cannot afford to go to physio regularly.
    Thank you

Jessica I’m loving this video thank you! I didn’t realise I had problems with my hip strength until I had difficulty walking and some hyper mobility. I would love a longer length hip & glute strength full workout? X

Thank you so much ! I have been nursing tight hip flexors during this marathon training season. Bc of the tightness, I have a difficult time getting into a smooth running position and cadence. After this stretch and doing another one of your standing Pilates videos, my hips feel so much better. The videos are doable and I like your pace. Thank you again. Will do these for 30 days.

Thanks Jessica. It's been great to do this workout this morning. This 50 plus body of mine benefits greatly from pilates. It gives hope for future strength and well-being. My daughter originally introduced me (and taught me) some pilates many years back. I endeavour to make it a regular routine in my training. Thanks again for your professional teaching. I appreciate it immensely!

I am so glad I found this video. Had total hip replacement 18 months ago and felt that my right was not progressing as well as the left. I have started adding these exercises into my routine and certainly notice the difference. I am excited to follow you going forward.

I'm glad to hear that this video has improved your hips. I also replaced my hip about a year ago, and gosh, it has been a challenge; with having tight hip flexors and knee pain.

As long as it doesn't hurt these are typical exercises that are often given for labral issues! Of course stop if it hurts and ask your health care professional if needed.

I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I'm literally sitting here crying because I've been doing hip exercises for months now religiously and my hip flexors are still SO weak! A lot of times when I try to do core workouts I just feel it in my hip flexors so much and this time I couldn't even finish the workout. I'm so mad and frustrated. Idk what to do

Is it bad for your hips to sit cross cross apple sauce? My left hip hurts if I sit in that pose. I’m a teacher I always sit like that and it makes me sad that it hurts to do so now.
