The grain illustrates the difference between old growth wood and the faster growing trees today! You can’t get wood like that much nowadays! Fantastically beautiful and you make it look sooo easy! Fabulous job, Harry!

My story line in 50 years. Grandma purchased the bowl when she was a younger woman. ....50 years into the future....The has come to settle her estate. Some of the family vaguely remembers when grandma talked of getting the bowl but they never really listened so it goes into the estate sale. A young woman happens along and sees the beauty and craftsmanship of the bowl and happily purchases it. On the ride home she wonders, as she looks at the beautiful bowl beside her.. what is your story? As she makes herself a cup of tea, admiring her fabulous find, she clicks on youtube. And what do you think is first in her feed? Of course this video! Now the circle is completed. Beautiful works as always!
Great video Harry. You truly are an inspired artist who brings out fantastic wood products. Couple of days ago I cut down few large tree limbs with my chain saw and thought that you could turned them into beautiful products but I had to put them out as yard waste.
