    Fantastic cardio kickboxing hiit. The excersises are intense and fast. On some kickboxing moves I had to focus more.

    Hey ya 👋 you know with the jump squat or step squat I changed it to bob and weave then you dodge your opponent before giving them punch 👊 in the face 💥. Thank you so much 😊
