Omg, thank you SO much for this short exercise. I live in a place where the summer weather literally lasts 3 weeks (Wyoming) and short exercises give me more time to spend it outside doing summer-time activities like running, hiking or bicycling.
This was my ideal workout! Quick, fun, love the combos, I sweat, and I feel great after, perfect for me with my busy toddler running around. Thank you!

This was shorter but still a knock out! I loved it because I was not exhausted afterwards and was just the right amount to give me a boost of energy thankyou Heather!

I am loving how much I am sweating lately with your workouts. I loved the variety in this one. It really worked on my balance as well. A fantastic option for no equipment and high intensity if I'm traveling.
Super good workout. But definitely not knee friendly. I was able to modify slightly and do it. Just dropped the weight off the backward lunges. And switched to jumping squats followed by punches. Couldn’t punch in the squat position. Thank you!!!
