    Not going to lie! this is the 1st time that I like a tabata. They are usually my #1 nemesis but today I enjoyed the movements and playlist. I felt like I was kicking Ass. I might sleep like a ninja tonight.

    CRAZY GOOD!! Omg I can’t believe it was 25 mins, IMPOSSIBLE!! Quick, intense, FUN and 11/10 sweaty!!! I can’t thank you enough HR seriously wow. YOU are incredible. Plsss more super intense kickboxing like this!! Maybe you can add weights to the next one and do intervals of strength training and cardio kickboxing!! I’ll be keeping this one for sure 🙏🏼🤩

    Perfect workout for when you come home from work and are short on time. I did it in my kitchen right before I started making dinner. Short and sweet but it is a great cardio workout and really gets the heartrate up. Makes me want to do more but unfortunatley I need to start dinner!

    I did this today and loved it! Did not do the jumping exercises, did a low impact variation for them. Burned 220 calories

    I have been following you for a while but I stopped doing your workouts for some unknown reason. Anyways, I started following along with your monthly calendars in April and I have noticed such a big difference in my stamina. I also lost inches and have kept the 10 lbs off! I was able to get out of my plateau with your workouts. I look forward to your workouts and I love that you don’t do over complicated moves! I can’t wait to do this tomorrow ^^
