Perfect workout for when you come home from work and are short on time. I did it in my kitchen right before I started making dinner. Short and sweet but it is a great cardio workout and really gets the heartrate up. Makes me want to do more but unfortunatley I need to start dinner!

I have been following you for a while but I stopped doing your workouts for some unknown reason. Anyways, I started following along with your monthly calendars in April and I have noticed such a big difference in my stamina. I also lost inches and have kept the 10 lbs off! I was able to get out of my plateau with your workouts. I look forward to your workouts and I love that you don’t do over complicated moves! I can’t wait to do this tomorrow ^^
