I'm now back from vacation! I worked out with a beautiful view for 5 days with lighter weights and a jumping rope, but I can finally get back to my heavier weights! let's continue the fun tomorrow!

I am a girl who asked you in your last video to do cardio kickboxing for us before I tried this amazing exercise. Super super fun, easy and sweaty. I felt the pulse in my head instead of my heart 😂 and the palms of my hands sweated even though the palms do not sweat, but with this exercise I sweated very profusely. I loved this exercise. I felt like a butterfly. The comfort after the workout is absolutely incredible. I am not exaggerating, guys, but I swear to you that it is the most beautiful exercise on your channel. Easy, fun, burning, and super sweaty. Thank you very much 💜💜 I am from Iraq 🇮🇶
Wow this has to be one of my favorite cardio workout. It's short and I love the format of no rest in between each exercise and just when we are super tired we get a little 30 seconds rest (1/3 way thru you get a 30 sec rest). Active cal 150. Thank you Anna this one was GREAT!

Definitely doing this one at least 3x a week!! Aiming for 4x. I remember losing the most with kickboxing!! Creating a workout plan for the next 6-12 months and sticking to it!!
Oh and about this kick box training: yes!! That was one of the few things, I was missing from gym classes and how you even cover this. You are my hero!

And I've to say, I was quite overwhelmed at first with the length of your videos, but once I got into doing it, even though it gets especially tough with some of the upper body ones, I still try and push through and feel amazing at the end of it. my favourite work out to date and i've done pretty much all of them! Just needed to be longer for me to get that burn. I had to do it twice to get a decent burn
