This workout is older but it’s a really fun sweat sesh. Kick boxing is my favourite form of cardio, plus it has an abs circuit. Perfect for me! Anna, please do more kick boxing workouts like this.

I love these kickboxing sweat seshes so so much! I workout with ya daily and can physically see parts of my body changing and I am becoming so much stronger! I love how you remimd us all to challenge ourselves on whatever level that is for ourselves personally always reminding us to never compare oir journeys or bodies to others. Amazing! 2 years ago I had een accident on my bike in the winter. Fell 2 times on my right hip and got injured. I love running and used to run long distances but since that injury I couldn't run anymore. Your exercises have strengthened my hip and since 2 weeks I run again. No pain, nothing. The injury is gone! 🦸♀️👍❤

Oh NO RUSH ❤️ Maybe you‘ve seen I also had to rest 2 weeks ago - because of knee problems (had a surgery years ago 🥺). I spent a lot of time focusing on mobility / stretching, balance work (with physiotherapist) and low impact workouts . Don‘t get depressed or anxious ❤️ I know it‘s hard, being not able to move and jump around, but it will be over so soon! And your body maybe just wants to tell you something, listen! And come back stronger ☀️
