After working out for months I was getting to my goals and was loving my body. However my last semester of university took a big toll on my and when I wasn’t studying I was working. I became very stressed and sad, stopped working out for months and my binge disorder got very bad. Thankfully I graduated but I put on weight and lost my muscle. It’s been hard to get back into routine because the process feels painfully slow and I hate looking at the state I put my body in. Im trying my best to get back in track with my body goals as well as pursuing my career further. Anna’s channel has been really helping me and I wish everyone well on their own journey

Hey Anna! While I love your workouts, I'm personally not a fan of some of the titles such as this one, which imply that exercise is simply calorie burning which is done purely to make up for the "bad" food that is eaten. I think it can make people feel guilty for eating certain things or not exercising to "compensate" for what they ate, and overall it can take the focus away from the energy and strength, better sleep, improved mood and all the other things that exercise brings us. This is all imo, obviously, and my intention is definitely not to offend you - like you, I just want everyone to enjoy working out for how it makes them feel. However, I wouldn't want anyone to link it to food, calories etc because it can lead to having a mindset that just isn't nice to have. I hope you understand :) Lots of love xx Edit: thank you Anna for changing the title and being so understanding - btw I just did the workout and it was amazing, so thank you for all the great workouts that you've been uploading!! Totally agree with you ! Plus I feel like Anna genuinely loves doing sport and she doesn't need a large amount of food eaten (such as Christmas' calories) to exercice. So this title bothers me, if you want to do sport, it's for your soul and body, not to burn calories you enjoyed (cause all that food was soooo good ;))

The RUclips algorithm only promotes certain kind of content. It’s just a strategic choice and even though I totally understand your point, Anna puts so much hard work and effort into her workouts. That was a super intense workout and would surely have burnt 500+ calories🔥. I'm sweating profusely as I write this 😅. The 10 second breaks weren't enough, I had to take slightly longer breaks to catch my breath but happy to have completed the workout. Just one small observation - the Star Jump variation I do is jumping with arms and legs extended out at 45 degrees so I did that one instead of the one included in this session. Thanks a ton Anna for the effort to bring us such amazing workouts that make us stronger 💪🏼 each day. Look forward to working out with you next year as well.

In the past few months I bear with him every each second day...suddenly your "KILLER HIT" pop-up me on YT. Quick couple reviews and it was seemed "nothing easiest" - it worth to try...and now, here I AM... BARELY breathing and my whole body BURNS...the last two exercises? I was saying: "can't do it", "I do not make it", "no! this is not for me !!!" - Holy s...that's sort of HARDCORE HELL - you were and are so STRONGLY AMAZING! THANKS. Daniel.

Just finished this WO. Super super sweaty drenching type of WO. The cool down music was so fanstastic. The burpees, I love me some burpees and more. The lunjes, the jumps. Absolutely loved the no breaks, there was 10seconds but felt like 1 sec, and the no talking - let's get down to business mode. Thank you for putting this together. It's easy to pick mistakes but if you never took your time to record, edit, lighting and out to the world, please eat your turkey in silence, coz we do appreciate this girl. Merry Christmass

I was so exhausted earlier and i don't feel like working out but my mind and heart said "YOU CAN DO IT!!" and yah i just did feel satisfied because i just finished this workout 🥳🥳
Although I can barely do burpees and I lose my balance with lungees, and my legs shake doing both, this helped me being more resistent when I run (not too fast, just for fun) my hearth feels stronger, I do 11 km. Thank you a lot.

That was so damn hard, I think I pushed myself well beyond my boundaries with this workout… anyone else or is it just me ? Edit : it’s been a bit more than a week that I feel nauseous during every sweat sesh, today I had to stop halfway through and the sensation stays for a while afterwards, does anyone know if there is something I can do about it ?
@Avery yeah usually I workout 4 to 5 hours after lunch without any snack or drink in the meantime. I’ll consider this (at least hydrating, that’s my weakness), see if it gets better ! Thank you for taking the time to answer 🙏 I can only imagine 😂🙌 take care as well ;)

I was so exhausted earlier and i don't feel like working out but my mind and heart said "YOU CAN DO IT!!" and yah i just did feel satisfied because i just finished this workout 🥳🥳
Although I can barely do burpees and I lose my balance with lungees, and my legs shake doing both, this helped me being more resistent when I run (not too fast, just for fun) my hearth feels stronger, I do 11 km.

Edit : it’s been a bit more than a week that I feel nauseous during every sweat sesh, today I had to stop halfway through and the sensation stays for a while afterwards, does anyone know if there is something I can do about it ?
