I can't explain how powerful you feel when you do this INSANE workout on the day you recover from a bad flu (My second this winter and while I'm vaccinated from COVID, I was relieved it was just a nasty winter flu my body isn't used to after 18 months.) but I was so proud of myself to have made it till the end, but I admit it got me breathless at the burpee finisher and I could only do 2 min out of 3 but damn, I'm so grateful for Anna to provide us high-quality workouts for free to do at home, at work or just anywhere else. It also marks 1 year of doing your workouts 3 times a week, and I haven't subscribed to any gym membership since! Thank you, Anna, enjoy the Maldives and for another awesome HIIT workout

Hi Anna, I’ve been following your workouts for quite a while now and just dropping by to say thank you for making such motivational videos for us on a regular basis. One recommendation I have, and you can take it or leave it, is to abolish the 10 sec break between the stretches during the cool down period. Imo it will flow better that way with less “dead time”. Keep up the good work girl!! 💪 ❤️

Tackled this one today thinking I would nail it with ease.....only to be left in tears at the end! Literally cried with pride. Hands down, hardest hiit workout I have done to date. Loved this workout. While the burpees were challenging, the easier exercises in between made them not so bad. I know I am crazy but burpees are my favorite. Hi @growingannanas! I've been doing your videos for a few months now, and boy are they tough! I do want point this specific epsidode though. I was expecting a full body workout but this was 80-90% quads. It was misleading for me. still a killer workout, thank you for your content.
