      Dear Anna, I do your exercises 6 days a week, but I have two problems! First, my weight was 62 from 2months ago but now its 64!!(I have not changed my diet or workout)(my height is 163). Second, my belly fat is still there!the rest of body is in shape, but my belly is still popped up! I have to soak it in to get the good shape, otherwise it will be round and pop out 😭😔please help, what should I do! Im loosing my motivation, its hard😖😖😖

    Danke Anna, dass du so viele All-standing-Videos hast. Ich kann nach Sturz und Prellung meine Hand noch nicht belasten, aber die stehenden Workouts sind super, um sich wieder auszupowern, ohne die Hand nutzen zu müssen. Die kommen gerade wie ein Geschenk durch den Bildschirm ins Wohnzimmer gehüpft. Merci. Und solche Kombis aus zwei Übungen in einer wie in diesem Video, finde ich auch sehr cool. Das sorgt für Abwechslung.

    Thanks, Anna! I was having a hard time today. Horrible headache, usual pain in the whole body and everything. I was extremely sleepy before trying this workout, but I decided to get some workout before going to bed... and this all standing cardio just cured everything! After working out, I'm sweating feeling happy and gratifying. Thanks again, Anna! You're spreading cheer and happiness!

    Third time doing this in space of a couple months and it's so hard I had to pause video three times, did some a slower pace but I am dripping with sweat and really worked my legs super hard. I think anybody even at a really slow pace won't fail at getting an effective leg workout doing this.
