    Amazing workout, Anna! Perfect timing as for me. At the end it’s difficult to cope with either 50 or 40 sec on. So i loved the 40/10, 30/10, 20/10 pace. Love your workouts ❤️. Have been doing them for more than two years already. Thanx for your effort and dedication

    wow wow wow! Thank you Anna, that was a perfect start in the weekend! I always prefere the "all standing workouts" as there are no lying-ab-exercises, which slow down the heartbeat. I especially loved the huge amount of new exercises (balance skaters, pulsing snowboard jumps, star jump variations (especially in the middle of the workout and not as a finisher, abolute killer!) etc.)
    At first i thought i did't need the reduction of time from 40 sec. to 20 sec. but it came along at the perfect time! LOVED IT!

    As much as I love the standing workouts, this was not knee friendly
    It was hard for me to keep up, so for anyone having knee problems I definitely recommend the low impact workouts!
    This was still an amazing workout!

    Hi girl! It was an awesome workout 💪 I've always like doing sports and hitting the gym, but couldn't lose weight, people usually asked me "why are you fat if you do exercise?" that made me feel so bad and unmotivated, I was so unsecured and with low self-esteem.
    But 1 year ago I was diagnosed with PCOS ang got treatment, I found your channel I have lost 20kg, I am so happy and motivated, I have finally found my way through these hard times. Thank you for this amazing channel, you are amazing!

    This was really an amazing and very intense workout 🥵🥵 and also a strong and powerful finish into my week,the "surfer jump pulse", its burn lots of calories and after smashing it feels very powerful and more stamina,thanks so much for being proud of ourselves and thanks a lot for being there to help us who can't go to the gym and ,u are seriously a Legend, u are the only one who thinks about us a lot ,I can still feel the burn Ana 🔥🔥;A Big Hug 🤗🤗
