I have been doing these workout for 8 months now and I had to find some other workout videos for extra seconds of interval and a break to relax but it was not effective and I didn't see any difference in my body. I came back to continue with these videos and I feel great now!

😰🥵🥵🥵. This was definitely HIGH intensity!!!!! Just when I started to get better at the advanced moves, she makes them harder. I don't look forward to only standing workouts because they tend to hurt my feet. Which this one definitely did. I'm proud that I got through a lot of it without stopping, but some were so intense I couldn't go without stopping a few times. The last workout is definitely a beast move that only Anna can pull off. 💪

I did not read the description and thought this was a low impact workout (pregnancy brain). I did the full thing at 8 1/2 months pregnant without any breaks or modifications (it was NOT easy but I can do anything for 30 minutes). My first HIIT workout since December when I found out I was pregnant! I still got it!!!
all those squat and lunges variaton killed my legs 😂, now i just want to laying down.. LOL

My legs 🦵 haven’t been worked that good for a long time, with my lack of cardio routines apart from short Yoga, Pilates, Qigong morning exercises of which I haven’t been as motivated as I used to in doing recently.
I won’t be surprised if I can’t walk tomorrow ☺️ with D.o.m.s, but definitely have those feel good endorphins now 🙂, starting the week off feeling great 👍. Following on from my comment earlier today - I finally made it to the end of the workout, although I had rest breaks which where more like 1-2 mins than your 10 seconds, definitely put me through my paces, struggling to stay on form near the end.
Looking forward to trying your other workouts, including upper body. I’m sure my partner will love this workout as much as I did, (even if she needs as longer rests as myself); especially with your skating theme moves, as my partner has been talking about wanting to get back into skating for the last few years 🙂.

Thanks for sharing this motivating 🏃🏻♂️🤾🏻fitness workout today. Just subscribed now after feel good strenuous hit to my leg 🦵 muscles. It’s been awhile since I followed any fitness vides and realise how out of shape I am, needing a short break 20% in and again at 26%. My Thai kicking boxing days are far behind me, but definitely feeling your techniques working my legs in places they haven’t been worked for a long time. Also I love how you have the percentage marker and music is at a nice volume 🙂.
