Wow that was super super sweaty. Doing this outside on a blazing hot day added to sweat but pure excellence in this workout. The 2 minute challenge at the end was amazing, a little throwback to the older videos. I managed to do 70 seconds before I had to take a break. I'll try for 90 seconds next time. i really love it! my weakest one is the side plank leg raise lol. i was mad at myself when i realized that 1-month break from routine workout really changed me and i hate to see how weak i am right now! not sure how long it will take me to regain my strength but i will keep pushing through!!! thank you Anna as always!!

I hadn't done your workouts for a long time and I was scared to try them out again because I knew I wouldn't be able to do the exercises as intensely and at the same pace as I used to do them... but today I decided to challenge myself with this HIIT workout and it felt great! I could do all of the exercises but had to stop halfway through the 2 min burpees to take a breath and then continued it right after😅 thank you for this killer workout anna, lots of love from brazil💗
It was a cold morning, so I was looking for a sweaty workout. This full-body HIIT challenged me in so many ways, especially my core strength. I have been doing your workouts consistently since April 2022. Thank you for your hard work and enthusiasm! I enjoy your workouts!
OMG . This Was Little Hard . Did Not Quit . Gave It All I Got 100 Percent , Done 25 Reps Of Burpees Only , In 2 Mins . Loved It , Feeling Stronger And Sweated Alot . THOSE BURPEES 2 MINS WAS A DAMN HELL KILLER . Hv A Gr8 Week Ahead Anna .

WOW ok the mantra of this workout was really : don't quit omg. At the end just before the 2 minutes burpees challenge I was like out of breath but at the end I was absolutely out of breath. WOW thank you so so so much Anna, I can see my progress and I want again to say a huge thank you to be there with us every week your are amazing !!!
It was quite a fun workout actually :D I’m super sweaty now though 🥲 one of the hardest parts was how there were a lot of plank position movements, and my headphones kept sliding off
Thanks, Anna. This was another good one! Love your workouts, the music and the variety💚. Just one thing today: Forward fold right after a killer workout and minutes of burpees might not be a great idea with the blood rushing to your head and your heart still pumping. Dizziness and feeling of nausea might be a reaction. Just my thought.
i was on vacation for a week and i just arrived home, i did this workout and i trully felt like i was going to die, but i still managed to finish it all, thank u anna for all your workouts, they made me feel a lot stronger than before; to all those people doing this or other workouts, please dont quit, its going to be painfull and the results are not going to come fast as u want, but its really worth it, trust me
Eyes were definitely shut at the end while stretching because of all the sweat that was in them. Brutalllllll. Thank you! You are such a challenging trainer to follow!
OMG, this was such a GREAT workout! That 2-minute burpee challenge almost killed me but I did and now my arms feel like they're going to fall off, LOL! 😂 Thanks for yet ANOTHER amazing workout! 😊🥰
there are some exercises where i just had to take a break, or just don't do the exercise at all, but god , how prouf of myself i am! i didn't thought i was going to make it, but i just gave up 40 seconds after she annouced the final challenge! it's the first time in my life i got to make 2 real push ups (not on my knees!!!) and i m just so proud rn! absolutely great workout, thanks a lot
