I'm finding myself using the 10 seconds breaks to literally LAUGH at myself for pulling through an exercise KNOWING I'm about to get my butt kicked again. My gyms are opening next week and I've decided to stick to at home workouts because of you. Thank you Anna! Stay strong, team GROW!

Gyms re-opened here in the UK. So it's been a week already that I have been training again at the gym when the time allows me to do so. Today I finish working late, so I haven't head over to the gym... and the only thing that motivated me to work out IS YOU !!!! I just smashed that workout at home, as usual, you're the best! I will be continuing to do your HIIT workouts at the gym too! But it fits so well at home! THANKS for everything!

I just wanna say that Ive been doing these workouts with you for almost 2 weeks, and even though Im not the most fit person, I love love your videos, theyre hard but you make them so endurable and also your whole persona is so lovely, it feels like Im working out with a friend and I always end with a good feeling and that Ive worked some muscle, also with this workout I had my first workout high AND WOW IT WAS EXHILARATING!!!!

7/01/2022. Friday. Oh my LORD, this was the HARDEST one I have tried to date! But I finished it. A nice little "reprieve" after the half-way mark with ab work. Then, out of nowhere, a Tabata SMASHER to finish up. I literally cried at the end. Ladies, I am so proud of you. I am so proud of ME. xoxoxo

THE HARDEST WORKOUT i've EVER done, had to take some extra breaks between the hardest exercises but did everything right with you, im SWEATING !!
