    I know this video is a little older but I just came to say I’ve been doing this for almost half a year now every other day, and I officially lost 22 lbs! I‘m so happy and proud of myself, and on top of losing fat I also gained a lot of muscle, so I just wanted to say thank you Stella and all of Allblanc TV for making such great workout videos! :) If I can lose weight and keep it off, then so can you! Much love to everyone!

      @@pizza4093 I eat normally, I simply track my calories and macros per Myfitnesspal. I calculated my TDEE and am currently doing a thing where I stay in a caloric deficit for approx. four weeks, then a 1-2 weeks of maintenance so my body isn't under nurtured. I try to get in my protein, but all in all I made it so I don't feel like I'm restricting myself at all, so it's sustainable. I also do more than just this one workout, but this one is the one I was able to stick to even when I felt I lacked motivation. I hope this helped!

      @@pizza4093 You're welcome! I do whole body weight-training 2-3 times a week, with rest days in between where I usually do this or other forms of cardio workouts. The weight training sessions usually entail the major muscle groups, as arms, legs, back, and core with weights that are challenging enough but not too much so I still have good form. I don't follow anything strict, just maintain what feels good and track my progress! Hope this helped.

    I always wanted to do a KickBoxing-inspired workout. This video appeared in my feed a few days back, had saved it. Tonight was feeling bad and I decided to do it around 11 pm It turned out to be so fun.

    I’m loving these kickboxing workouts, I’ve been doing the previous ones. I’m excited to try this too. I’ll do it tomorrow, Today is my rest day.

    I did an hr of toning just before doing this workout. Wanted to challenge myself to add some cardio. This was just the right amt I was looking for! I also used some lightweights(3lbs) to add some intensity for anybody interested. Great workout!

    I've never thought that I would like kickboxing so much. Stella motivates so much. For this workout I felt with James. I was exactly the same as him.

    Wow, that was the most intense Allblanc cardio workout I've ever done, and I've been doing the walking workouts for a long time. I was sweating buckets by the end. I think I switch with these kick boxing every other day. Thanks!

    전 이거보고 메일 홈트중에 있습니다. 남잔데요. 지금 약 3개월째 하고 있어요. 몸무게 85까지 불어서 돼지였습니다... 오늘 채중 재보니 74.9 나오네요. 첨에는 별보이고 몸도 안따라주고 했지만 지금 영상 반복하며 1시간 합니다. 컨디션 좋으면 댄스 영상 30분 추가하구요. 목표 체중이 65입니다 이전 몸무게예요 ㅜㅜ 제가 키가 작아서요. 아무튼 이운동을 하면서 온몸이 쑤시고 아픈적도 있지만 하루도 거르지 않았습니다. 지금은 옷이 다 커졌어요. 너무 감사하고 좋습니다. 티셔츠가 다 젖어서 뚝뚝 떨어지는 땀을 그렇게 흘리고 나면 좋아요. 많이 따라하세요. 근데 저는 몸치인거 같아요 댄스는 정신없고 엉망진창으로 따라하는 중이라서 ㅋㅋㅋ 무튼 감량을 성공적으로 할 수 있게 해주셔서 감사합니다.

      @@AllblancTV 응원덕에 현재 67.9키로를 찍었습니다. 굶지않고 먹고 싶은거 먹으면서 거의 하루도 거르지 않고 반복하거나 다른 영상 병행하면서 1시간에서 2시간 정도하는데 너무 효과 좋아요. 전 이제 허리 30에 상의 95 표준 체중에 입성했어요 ㅜ.ㅜ69.4가 표준이라고 나오더라구요. 체중계 어플에서... 목표까지 2키로... 성공이 눈앞에 있어요 ㅜ.ㅜ 20키로 가까이 빠지고 있어요... 요즘 진짜 주변 사람들의 대우가 달라지고 활기차지고 너무 살맛나요 ㅋㅋ

    항상 방구석에 갇혀서 게임만 하다가 살이 찐 무거운 제 몸을 보고선 현타가 와 여러 영상을 뒤져보았는데 재미를 붙힐 정도의 영상들은 찾기 어려웠는데 이 영상을 따라해보고 처음으로 뿌듯한 성취감을 느꼈어요..!!
    리드해주시는 여자분도 쾌활하시고 기운을 돋보아 주셔서 너무 재밌습니다
    킥복싱을 하고 있는 제 모습이 조금 멋지게 보이기도 해서 빠지는것 같아요..!
    매일 매일 하도록 하겠습니다

    I love this channel, I have a lesson on my right knee and I had stopped exercising because it always hurt, I saw this channel it is the first time that I do this type of exercise and if I felt that my body was working and I did not feel pain in my knee ... Thank you!!!

    I love the high intensity workout. Except that I don’t think this is for me, for someone who has done Muay Thai we have identified a dominant side and leg so we practise a lot most of the time. To switch sides + doing it fast pace kinda messed me up 😂😂😂😂.

    This is such a wonderful workout! All the stress out thanks to this kickboxing. I am a female in fifties so it was very challenging to follow at first but from second trial, I was able to do every movement and feel so good!     AHHHHHHHHHHHH MY BODY BURNING!
    HAHAH. You know, in the pandemic I started to the excersice with this videos and the Gymvirtual videos and I lost 30 kg. But, when the classes started again I lost my entire progress and I gained weight again, however I recently picked it up and I really feel good doing your exercises, everything hurts and burns, but it's great and fun to feel like it's really worth the effort. Thank you for your content.

    My arms are crying out of soreness later in the evening lol (i did this in the morning). I didnt expect it at all bcs usually it gets sore only if i do an intense workout for a specific body part but since i thought this would be a good ol' cardio i didn't do any warm up and went straight into it then in the evening i did 2 chloe ting videos (which are less than my normal routine), i woke up not be able to lift both my arms the next day LMAO that's how you know it really works your arms!! Definitely gonna try this out again after my arms can normally function again hahaha

    I am a Zumba instructor, and my exercise mainly focus on dancing. Gym are still close at the moment in NYC, so I was hoping to find some other workouts that I can do at home other than dancing.     Hi! It would really help if the different movements are shown at the side while the trainers are doing them. Sometimes the combos can get really confusing and it feels demoralizing when I cannot follow along. Around halfway through, I gave up because the trainers were really fast :( Thank you!

    She's a great trainer didn't let me get bored or fell low.If the instructions were in English it would've been awesome coz then I wouldn't have to slow down to read what she was saying.

    Im exhausted! But i loved this workout! i am def adding this to my routine when i just feel like i want to stay home for the day and not go anywhere. Finally a workout i don't have to be on the floor, up and down. This is perfect me. I had back surgery years ago, so laying down getting up is a pain when you want to be fast and working out. Thank you so much! Please do more like this, i'm gonna hunt down and look at your other stuff as well. love you guys!

    Can you have more 20 min workouts please? The 30 min ones are great during this stay at home period! 20 min ones are suitable when we feel a little tired 🙂
