So I have started with this workout playlist today and I hope I am consistent 😅 Day 1 - Did not complete the work out (complete 28 mins). Took many breaks, but still fighting 💪
Just did this on my lunch break! Wow i was out of breath towards the end with the high knees which followed the cool down thereafter! I was so close in giving up at the high knees but i carried on!! I love your workouts and the calm aura and your music. Thanks Mizi!!! will do this 14 day challenge did some other one in January too!!! 🐸
