    I’m in my 60’s and recently lost 30+ pounds. I walk everyday but felt I needed to do more and your video has been playing everyday for a week or so and it gets me started in the morning. I do a different one for floor work but I love this standing one to get me started each morning. Thanks for taking it slow and explaining what we are doing each step of the way❣️

    This is exactly what I’ve been looking for post cancer surgery. My entire reproductive system was removed and I’ve got that menopause belly going on, so this low impact set of movements is perfect for me while I recover.I love your energy!

    You are the first person to have a standing only wall pilates thank you so much. I can not lay flat on my stomach or back due to a health condition.

    Hi from New Zealand I'm an out of shape 60+ year old ...I'm so glad I found you n this particular workout as I have bad knees n find it hard to get onto the ground n get back up off the ground and I can't kneel ...looking forward to doing these exercises n anymore standing wall pilates as I get fitter

    Perfect for me as a beginner. I need the talking to remind me to engage my body while doing the workout.
    Great starter class especially for me after a double mastectomy.

    That was an amazing workout for me. I never attempted any sort of Pilates before. I didn't know "Wall Pilates" existed. I need to have a knee replacement, and my PT suggested this video to strengthen my core before surgery. Thanks for this.

    Ooo, this is a big help. I’ve got a sciatic nerve activated right now. These are stabilizing the muscles and calming it all down. I’m 68, with RA, finding exercises that work and aren’t too much is hard. Plus, the space I have to work in is cramped. Perfect!

    Lindsay, if you wanted to do standing wall Pilates and 15 minute rebounding in the same day which one would you suggest doing first?

      Hi Ludmilla! The best way to track calorie burn is to wear a heart rate monitor watch.

    I don’t think you did it evenly on both legs

      Sometimes it can feel like that on the second leg because the leg is already fatigued from stabilizing.
