    As the days passed and I completed another workout, I realized how determined I must get this weight off me. Day 7 is a new day I faced myself positively and kicked my old habit goodbye. ❤🎉🥰 ❤️‍🔥💪🏾

    Yay managed to do it a lot later in the day ✔ no need to put off to the next day when me time is doable. I’m off to Barcelona on Friday for the weekend, a birthday treat for my mum who’s 80 next month by my eldest daughter. 3 generations ! I’ve decided to do the workouts on my phone so I’m making sure I’ve downloaded the plan-and taking my mat 😊 Will check in from sunny Spain🇪🇸

    Just finished day 7. Proud of myself for pushing though and committing (I usually fall off around day 3). I feel stronger and am noticing my body already toning. Thank you so much for putting together this free challenge. Love the calendar so easy to click and it takes me straight to the workout. No excuses!

    just found you, I had never heard of wall pilates until it popped up on my Pinterest. Thank you for explaining how to do the moves, it helps me as a beginner. Ill be doing the challenges for sure. It is harder than you make it look by the way.

    Checking in for day 7 🤗 I took 2 days off to do2 classes at my gym. One being a mat Pilates class. I can already feel a difference in my body❤️

    I have completed week 1! I genuinely feel like my core is a litle stronger than day 1 and 2. Still shaky, but better something than nothing :)

    Day 6 (30.06.2024) trip to the gym today so no wall to go against so modified to feet on the ground and a lot of tabletop/floating legs but am happy I have completed!!

    Wooohoooo! 1st week done and I am feeling great, for sticking to it and feeling good after each day’s routine.
    Quick question - can I continue the challenge through my monthly period cycle or should I be halting in between?! Just wanted to know since the exercises are kinda antigravity and work in the mid section. Thanks!

    Hey Rachel! I'm loving the exercises each day, but I'm struggling with upper back discomfort from bridging up on shoulder blades. I've had to get my back adjusted at the chiropractor a couple of times now. Not sure if my spine will just get used to it or if I'm doing something wrong. Thoughts?

      everyone is different in how comfortable this is. I would try keeping your feet on the ground for the bridging exercises. you'll still get the benefit of the exercise without it being painful! if you want a no-wall challenge, I have this one: ruclips.net/p/PL6F8elYp4eOFCIMT4EzJbWX8llDIRqtyq
