      The pleasure actually wasnt even there :DD. The low from the previous session grew into another one that will give you another low in dopamine. You are kind of ridding yourself of feeling actual pleasure while thinking p#rn is fun and enjoyable. So you’re experiencing pain of using and no pleasure at all. Its actually really funny 🤠

    I relapse last week on day 124 but just watch only one video and only one oing today I'm on day 8 but something has happened this new journey is so easy I'm gonna be careful to not do the some mistake because I want to stop pmoing forever guys wish you all the best on your journey 😊

    Yes, twice a month is a big improvement from 2-3 per week or everyday, but still more time is needed for better recovery.

    Day 58 NoFap Hardmode Almost the big 2 months completed 💪
    But I think im in a second flatline. From day 53 no energy or motivaton, I feel lifeless. No depression or headaches. But my mood seems numb I don't feel neither good or bad just numb. No ups and downs as well just everyday is the same. So for me it's second flatline hopefully it will end soon and I can feel the real benefits finally. I plan to count the days until 180 then make it a lifestyle!

    I relapsed on Day 17. My longest streak ever from PMO. I do intermittent fasting alongside to speed up the dopamine recovery through BNDF and reap all the health benefits that intermittent fasting offers.
    I relapsed one time relatively quickly and without porn. The urge was intense but what I noticed is that it’s more of a horniness and want to release, but porn never came to the picture during the urge. I crave more on real life intimacy.
    My take is that, on Day 15 I had a wet dream and the chaser effect got me off guard.

    Man, I read your ebook on 90 days PMO. It's incredible stuff. I didn't have any P addiction. But surely get obsessed over small stuff, you know it now. For example: "What if I move my D without any proper consciousness or absentmindedly or just randomly? Is that considered M?"
    I don't know now cuz I felt I have been quite overthinking when this thought came. I am trying to reflect now. Asked therapists and NoFap community for some advice. They were even confused like you. They said what I feel deep inside. I decided to meditate and reflect and possibly recall if that occurred or not. It's quite like an illusion played by God himself.

    thank you sir for being dedicated to Nofap guidance, I have another important question. I wonder what if relapse with porn only once in a long while, but watch some sensitive content, stimulating videos ( not porn) from time to time, does it affect brain healing, and dopamine rebooting very much also? Would you make a video about this issue also?

    See I know I’ve made a lot of progress because I used to use pmo at least twice a day once when I wake up and once as I fell asleep. Now I can go for a week or two without any slips. It’s been getting better as I implement more things into my life.

    I've been doing nofap since 2020 and haven't watched porn since then, but I've had a few relapses to erotic pictures of women through fb or Instagram this year. I have deactivated both accounts because I am worried that it will be a gateway back to pornography. I used to have a severe porn addiction back in high school in my early 20s and suffered from pied for years, but fortunately, i have recovered. I know my relapses weren't as bad as relapsing to porn but I don't want to train myself getting aroused to women on a screen rather than a real life women.

      ​@Chandrakumar.A whenever I've stumbled across them it's a trigger for me I used to think " well it's technically not porn so just browsing through some pictures of a girl can't hurt" but it's the same as watching porn eventually you get over stimulated and then your browsing through more and more pictures until you finally find something that gets you off.

I know edging without porn probably might not be counted as relapse, but it's bad for dopamine system recovery, is it? 2. so what if relapse with porn only once in long while, but watch some sensitive, similar contents( not porn, i try to quit it all) from time to time, does it affect brain healing very much also?

      I would like to answer your question, but I'm so short on time right now and the thing is; your question can't really be answered shortly, because it depends on the person, their history and most of all: their goals with rebooting. In general, edging without porn is not bad for your dopamine system, in fact, if a person has no history of porn addiction it's actually not at all bad. BUT, if a person is trying to stay away from porn, and he is having a bit of trouble with that, those "obsessive" testing, edging, even without porn, will not help hip. But, IF it still happens, the testing, edging, without porn, it shouldn't really affect the recovery of the dopamine system that much (the upregulation of the dopamine receptors part will still happen).
      The main thing is to stay away from online porn. The rest is a "grey area", depending on the individual (PIED, or if having that, that's also one more factor I didn't talk about now)... I would like to give you a more detailed answer, because there is a bit more to this than what I wrote, but again, I'm short on time now.

    I go clean for 30 days without pmo and edging and after that for a week I keep relapsing 4-5 times a day and edge for longer hours 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ I'm again stuck and weak mind and I'm weak too

      Not weakness. Anyone with the problem will struggle the same no matter how “strong” they are or have been. Even Larry Wheels struggled with addiction and he’s a world class powerlifter.
      Keep trying and don’t dwell on it too much, we will all get through this eventually.

      if you can go hardmode for 30 days, then you aren't weak. But I would avoid edging to porn because I believe I read somewhere that is actually much worse for your brain then pmo.

    BRO on my day 54 I watched some porn and did edging. It culminated in releasing some semen though it was not a full orgasm I had somehow controlled the orgasm So I wanted to know will my benefits go away with this? Would this have impacted my journey?

      Try to not focus so much on "what day you're on", but instead focus on the bigger picture. In general, watching porn is a much bigger relapse that ejaculating. Ejaculating is not bad for our dopamine system. It is a NATURAL thing. Online porn, however, is not a natural thing because it something that we call "a super normal stimuli". Which means something that is more stimulating for your brain's reward system than what could ever be found in nature. Binging on online porn is 100X worse for you than, for example, ejaculating 3x in on day from normal sources (like sex with a real life person OR porn-free masturbation)
      So, to sum it up: NoFap is NOT about desperately trying to retain your semen. It is about quitting porn. Again: online porn is 100x worse for you than ejaculating from normal sources.

      My experience is that sexual fantasies remain but are toned down tremendously and porn fantasies disappear as you start seeing anything that vulgar as gross and disgusting

      This! Sexual fantasies are normal, not matter an addiction or not. However, the dopamine urges to the specific addiction drastically reduce.

      I know its hard taking in words when you are not at that part in the journey yet, but what helped me tremendous is actually having sex with a person i do not care about and a person i loved. I started seeing sex is actually quite gross and what i in all actuallity was craving was just physical and emotional nearth. Also sex is quite the workout so an advice i can give is to do hip workouts whenever you feel lustfull. That way you can get a closer idea to what the thing you are seeing on screen actually is like and you might see that you dont care so much about the lust when it is connected to something very real and physically taxing. Getting a girlfriend is not impossible. Its not a fantasy, you literally just might be one corner away from beeing there.

    I disagree. Your brain is still recovering if you’re addicted & only relapsing twice per month. The time of abstinence is still a huge improvement if you go from doing it every day to twice in 30 days. But recovery will just take a lot longer than complete abstinence

      Why don't you listen to what I'm actually saying in the video?Improve is NOT the same as heal. Please understand that. When I say heal, I mean exactly that. Heal 100%. And no one can heal an addiction if they are relapsing 2x per month. You can disagree all you want with that, but if you think you can HEAL an addiction while indulging 2x per month, you are simply wrong! And every single addiction expert would agree with that.

      @@ScandinavianBob many people with porn addiction also have a sex addiction. It’s the same principle. Yes you’re correct you won’t heal unless completely abstinent, but severe addicts are never going to be able to go from every day/multiple times a day to never again. The drop is too severe, withdrawals will be too bad & porn is too available. It takes time to beat the addiction & most people start smaller they get to 3 days, then 7 then 14 , then 30 and when they’ve been doing that for long enough then a long streak is more attainable

      i disagree with you. I was heavily porn addicted and am corrently in PAWs. if you relapse 2x a month you will go straight back to the addiction. imagine being free from heroin but still injest 2x a month.

      This video is not titled: It takes time to beat an addiction. Of course it does. Everyone knows that, and I have pointed that out in almost all my 500 videos. That's NOT the point here. I am not talking about the PROGRESS of recovery. This video is answering the question: can you HEAL if you keep relapsing 2x a month.

    yes, i think my Brain is healing EVEN While masturbating ,and even when there were setbacks(peaks at adult content),it felt disconfort and the healing slowed a bit but i still keep going.
    i think that porn addiction is no longer the major problem, its masturbation addiction, because i feel that my hormonal levels completely changed and avoiding masturbation became harder and trying to deal with it.(im 12 weeks after blocking it)
